It takes your breath away,
you know?
The lies just seem to suck the air right out of your lungs
until you're gasping and begging for a relief.
They suffocate you
until you can't even see a way out
or an end to all of it.
Why?
One simple question.
"Why?"
And yet
It's one you could never answer.
