Finishing The Talk

I wake up and Carina has Maeve in her arms.
"I think she wants you bambina."
I sit up and Carina puts her in my arms.
I cradle her for a bit and then I decide to give her breakfast.
I feed her , do tummy time with her and then I put her down for her nap.
She falls asleep quickly so I sit at the dinner table and eat my breakfast.
"Do you wanna talk about it now bambina?"
I nod and pause.
"My dad would overreact all the time. If I wanted to stay at school for a couple of hours just to get away from him , he would scream at me."
She nods
"I remember this one time I hid in the school bathroom when school finished and texted him that I was going to do the after school club and he started to cuss me out over the phone. He ended up coming into the school."
"What did he do baby?"
"He called me over the intercom. "Maya bishop , get your fucking ass down to the front office right now or I'll come and find you myself. I stayed in the bathroom and then I heard his footsteps , I was shaking in fear and he knocked on the door."
"Maya unlock this fucking door now or I'll punish you right here."

He makes me walk in front of him.
"You're late for track."
He shouts as I jump into his car.
"I'm not going today dad. I got my period and I don't feel well."
Which was the truth but he didn't believe me

He orders

I reluctantly pull them down and he groans when he sees the bloodstained pad.
"Fine but you have to work out in those pretty black shorts"

I sit back in the front and he puts his hand on my thigh.

Tears fall down my cheek as he stares at me.

He goes to strike me

I screech as he punched me.
He takes me home and he watches as I put in a pair of black shirts and a white tank top with a black bra underneath per his request.
I start to exercise on the treadmill but he comes up behind me

He ups the incline and makes it go faster.
Tears fall onto my shirt but I keep running.
He sits on the chair in front of me and takes off his pants and boxers
I vomit in my mouth but I continue running to keep him happy

After he told me that I could get off the treadmill so I did.
I went to stretch on my yoga ball but he pulled me into him.
I start to try to pull away but he pulls me straight back onto him.
