Ava got up and went downstairs to the kitchen, Kai was sitting around the table while reading some paperwork. Ava walked past him, ignoring his presence, and opened the fridge. She took out a bucket of ice cream before making her way past Kai again. "Ava-", "I'm not leaving.End.Of.Discussion" Ava stated. "I'm not asking you to" Kai replies. Ava turned around and faced Kai. He pulled out a chair beside him and after a couple of seconds of contemplation, Ava walked away from the stairs and sat in the chair opposite of Kai. "I'm listening" she says, "Okay so as you know, we are immortal and we get reincarnated when we die, we aren't the only ones" Kai reveals."What do you mean?" Ava asks, "We had disciples, enemies, worshippers, a whole kingdom, and other stuff, almost half of those people got reincarnated as well". "Where are they?", "They live amongst humans like us," Kai says. "You say that as if you're not human too" Ava commented, "You know what I mean. I happen to know where a small village of our people is located. What if we took you there so you could have the baby, once that is done we leave him/her there for a while so the both of us can fight this threat?" Kai suggests. "You want me to leave OUR child with people I don't know?" Ava asks, " I know how it sounds but you do know them, we just have to help you remember them, please. If you don't trust them at least trust me will you?"."I do trust you, which is why I will agree to this" Ava says, "You won't regret this". "I better not, by the way, where is this "village" located?", "It's not far" Kai claims. "Kai", "It's in Scotland" Kai confessed. "Scotland! That is far, far away!" Ava exclaimed, "Come on it's nothing but a 7-hour flight I promise, what do you say?". "Well we've been this far so what the hell" Ava says, "That's the spirit, we can leave tomorrow morning. I wanna get a jump on this as soon as possible, we don't know when Marcaida and the others might show up so better sooner than later" Kai said."You're right, now come on I need some sleep", "What about the Ice-cream?". "Honestly I wasn't hungry for any, I just wanted an excuse to come down here and ignore you so you'd be pissed" Ava grabbed hold of Kai's hand and led him upstairs, to their room. Ava hopped in the bed, Kai got right behind her and snuggled her warm fragile body, "We're having a baby" Kai whispered. "I know, it's hard to believe. Do you have any names in mind?" Ava questioned, "Shit I forgot about that, I'm thinking if it's a boy we name him Jonah or Volodya". "And if it's a girl I'm thinking either Athena or Vertigo" Ava says, "Fine with me" Kai mutters. "Goodnight", "Goodnight, princess".
