Few more chapters left for Say Yes.

No regrets. I don't have any ounce of regrets on this vacation.

I was hesitant to go for a four day 'no work rule' vacation ni Chiara, but maybe between us, it was me who enjoyed it the most.

It was our second day, at hindi kami umalis ng cottage gaya ng napagkasunduan namin. I just let Chiara rest until afternoon, and she was a bit okay after taking ibuprofen, sa loob na lang kami ng resort nagikot ikot ng gabi.

After dinner, we planned what we are going to do on our next two days in La Union. And then we decided to sleep.

Sleep. Madaming beses inulit ni Chi sa akin. And sleep early. Just cuddle. We were both laughing with each other's endless teasing about our first and second day.

Maaga kaming natulog dalawa, setting our alarms at 6AM. Enough time to prepare for the 8AM tour.

Pero hindi pa sumisikat ang araw, nagising ako ng maramdaman ko si Chiara na sumsiksik sa tabi ko.

"Inigo...."

She's still squeezing herself against me as if there is still an empty space between us.

"Uhhmmm?" Mahina kong tugon. Nakapikit parin ang mga mata ko.

"Uy....." Tawag ulit niya.

I was too lazy to answer back when she moved. She shifted position, her body lying over me and I could feel her entire weight against mine, her head buried on the crook of my neck. She was moaning lowly. This time, I opened my eyes.

"May masakit ba sayo?" Nag aalala kong tanong. The entire room was almost completely dark, and only the dim light from outside is reflecting inside our cottage. Hindi niya inalis ang ulo niya sa leeg ko.

"Chi. Are you not feeling well? What is it? Anong masakit sayo?" Mahina kong tanong.

She's still moaning lowly, and our voices were too deep and low as if someone from outside would hear us.

Umangat ang ulo niya, nakatukod ang baba sa dibdib ko, at ramdam ko na nakatingin siya sa akin.

"My belly." She whispered again.

"Malayo pa ang period mo di ba?" I tried to recall her period week and it's still weeks before. "Do you need a pad? Sandali lang---"

"No." She held me in my arms when I was about to get up. She nuzzled her head on my shoulder again, this time mumbling how she's feeling. I could feel her deeply flustered after she told me everything, despite no lights inside the room were turned on. I stiffled a laugh.

"Wag mo kong pagtawanan Haeily Inigo." She muttered annoyingly. Her palms rested on my chest, at iniikot ko ang mga kamay ko sa bewang niya.

"You are getting bolder everyday." Tukso ko pa sa kanya. I pinched her nose lightly, giving it a brief kiss. My voice were filled with entire amusement.

"Wag na nga lang." She was about to get off me when my arms snaked tighter around her.

I gave her a quick peck. "Why are you even shy about it?"

She rested her head again on my shoulder.

"Forget what I said. Matulog na lang tayo."

I cupped her face with both my hands and captured her lip once again, this time not letting go. She moaned instantly with our sudden contact.
