the hurt feeling in your chest everytime something reminds you of them and yet you know they are so incredibly bad for you and theyll never be back in your life your chest hurts while you cry but that wont do shit .
they betrayed you.
you felt the lie you felt like shit with them many many times even reading old chats hurts because it seems toxic it seem so bad for both of you and yet it was,you knew somewhere in your chest you had that guilt feeling but you were too blind because all you wanted was to be loved so you gave them literally everything you couldve because you didnt want them to leave but yet you knew it was gonna hurt but you couldnt help loving them.
today i found a book about attacthment and oh it hurt because some people look for affection in the worst people sadly and in the most toxic things but yet it feels so good in the moment but leaving them hurts so much it hurts your chest.
