CHAPTER 94

AC's POV

"Hey Kate, wake up we're here." sabi ni Nathaniel habang tinatapik ako.

"Where are we?" tanong ko habang kinukusot ang mga mata.

"My house, ihahatid kita mamaya sa inyo. I just need to do some stuffs." Sabi niya at pinagbukasan ako ng pinto. Nagtungo lang kami sa pintuan at may nagbukas naman nito. Pagkabukas ng pinto ay may mga nakalinyang maid at lahat sila ay naka yuko.

"Good evening Mr. Legazpi." bati nilang lahat sa kanya.

"You can all go back to work now." sabi niya at sinunod ko lamang siya papunta sa living room. "Do you want to rest? Ihahatid kita sa guest room if you want." offer niya, tumango lang ako bilang pag sang ayon. "I'll go get you some clothes, may towels sa cabinet and the bathroom is full of bath essentials. You can call me if you need anything." sabi niya bago lumabas ng room.

After some minute he arrived with lots of shopping bags containing clothes.

"Thank you Nathan." pagpapasalamat ko sa kanya.

"Can we talk before you take a bath?" he said kaya naupo lang kami parehas sa gilid ng kama. "Can I ask one favor from you?" He said habang naka tingin  sa akin.

"What is it?"

"Don't get yourself in danger again ok? And I also have something for you." He said at inilabas ang isang baril.

"Are you gonna shoot me?" Gulat kong tanong.

"No silly, I'm giving this to you. Incase you find yourself yet again in another danger at least you have something to protect yourself." Sabi niya at iniabot ito sakin.

"I don't even know how to use a gun Nathan." Sabi ko habang tinitignan ang baril.

"Don't get close to Morris or his fiancée. Stay away from the gang, don't interfere with them it's too dangerous for you since you're not part of the group and they could easily kill you without leaving a trace. They made you a part of this game Kate."

"I don't even understand what's happening." Maiksing sagot ko.

"In short, you're part of the game which is lead by Morris and his stupid fiancée. But don't worry I'll play the game for you." He said and rubbed my head before heading out.

Hindi ito ang inaasahan kong mangyari bago ang pag alis ko. Actually none of this is on my list, wala sa mga nangyayari ngayon ang naimagine ko noon pa man.

This isn't what I wanted.

I took a hot shower and lie down on the bed. Almost half an hour later nang dumating si Nathaniel.

"You ready to go?" Tanong niya habang papasok sa kwarto.

"Yeah." Maiksing sagot ko at tumayo na.

Hinatid niya ako sa bahay, my parents house to be exact.

"Good evening sir and tita." Bati niya sa mga magulang ko at bumati lang din ako sa kanila at yumakap.

"We'll be having dinner with the Morris's." Daddy said.

"Para saan?" Gulat kong tanong.

"To formally break the engagement of you two." Sagot naman niya. "Would you like to join Nathaniel?" Pag aalok niya kay Nathaniel.

"I'm afraid I have to turn down your offer sir, it's a family matter so I wouldn't want to get involved as a respect to your family." Nathaniel politely answered. Hindi ko alam na may natitira pa palang hiya sa katawan ng taong to.
