"Currently these six witches are in their early tens so the last thing we want is to have them thinking about such a battle at such an early stage of their lives. This is why you all need to promise to keep this a secret." Alya said as she looked at the five young witches one by one.

"Okay all of these things are coming at once but before we made any promises, can you at least tell us the names of these chosen witches?" Adams asked Alya.

"Well, these chosen ones are not situated in one place. What I mean is, they're scattered and are all in different locations. But I can give you their names, it was part of the vision." She replied, looking carefully into their faces to observe their every expression. She started, "Violet, Allison, Leo, George, Sean,' she paused, "And.." She continued and stopped again, looking at Alex.

"Who's the sixth one?" Alex asked her.

"Stephanie." Alya said.

There was a short moment of silence after that.

Alex spoke, "Stephanie? You mean..." She couldn't go on but Alya helped her.

"Your sister." She said, rather simply.

Alexa eyes went big and round. How could this be?  She couldn't understand anything, she didn't want to understand anything. She had a million questions running madly round her head bit she didn't know how to even ask or which to ask.

Adams asked one of her questions. "So is that why Stephanie is in the spell book?"

"Partially." Alya replied and faced Alex.

"I know these things might be too much for you to take in now, but there are still more things you need to know. I wouldn't be the one to tell you these things, but your mother would." She said and Alex only looked at her with confused and helpless eyes.

Her mother? What was this woman saying? At that moment she could only think of one thing. This woman looked exactly like Stephanie, how?

So she asked, "How is it that you look like the older version of Stephanie?"

The woman smiled suddenly.nitbwas the first time she smiled, unlike Arden who always smiled and laughed. But the smile disappeared as suddenly as it came.

"When talking about myself and my mother I skipped something, someone rather. My mother had a son before me, but he was never the son my mother wanted. He was simply irresponsible and didn't care about the fact that his mother held a reputable position which demanded a certain behavior from her children. So my mother rejected him as her child because he was always giving the other witches chances to throw words at her, especially the jealous ones. He couldn't care less, so he left. I was in touch with him, despite everything. He got married and had children. I didn't get married, so he kept our family going. Your mother came from my lineage and gave birth to Stephanie, more like my rebirth." Alya gave a short laugh. "Well you can say, we're related." She looked at Alex calmly.

Alex was at a complete loss for words. All of this, it was too much. Too much she didn't know what to think, she felt like she was losing her mind. She wanted to scream in denial but she felt her voice leave her, and now it felt like her sanity was leaving too, but she didn't even want to do anything.

"We should leave now. Let what you have learnt sink, then summon us again when you all are stable." Bancroft spoke for the very first time.

Alya stood up and so did Arden who had been smiling ever since. "You have to send us back Alex, we're just spirits remember?" He said, still smiling.

But it didn't look like Alex heard him. She just sat there, looking at nothing. Adams touched her shoulder, "You have to send them back." He said.

She looked at him and the spell book which flipped it's pages again. She went to the book, closed her eyes, her lips moved quickly in a silent whisper and three lit candles materialized on the table.

Focusing on each flame, she spoke;
"From where you were taken from, I return you.
May your soul return to the body that was once you.
I will, for these words, to send you back.
With the power of the ancients and natural elements interwined,
I return you to what was once yours.
With the whisper of the wind,
The roar of the flames,
The crash of the waves,
The hand of nature,
Allow these words and powers interwined,
Return your soul to that which was yours."

Immediately a fierce wind entered the room and the candles went out. The wind stopped and the three good-looking witches were out of sight.

Alex slumped to the ground. Everyone sat. They were really going to have a hard time letting all of this sink.
