Chapter 5

Yn

   Bucky and I were still high but I listened as best I could to Tony and fury but damn was it hard
   They were talking about a mission, the helecarrier, we had to go back but with more backup
   "Are we all going?" I ask
   "4 of us" Tony answers
   "Who?" Bucky asks
   "Tony, Steve, Bucky, and nat will go, yn and Sam you have another mission" fury explains
   "Well, what is it?" Sam asks
   "We will talk about it privately" fury responds
   Sam and I walk into the hallway with fury, who tells us we're on the ground... the 2 people that can fly, we had to override the system from the tower
   "Why don't we put Tony down here?" I ask
   "He's needed up there" fury says
   Sam and I look at each other with the face of oh fuck on, we had to hack a computer, we were both extremely smart, him more than me but regardless

   When the four left, Sam and I waited for the word, which took awhile
   Bucky and I were sober by now so that's a plus
   "How did you meet the avengers?" Sam asked
   "Well, I was in hydra with Bucky and Tony is my brother but I was given up for adoption and sent to Russia"
   "Oh damn, what did you do in hydra?"
   "Well they gave me powers from an infinity stone, which I had to use to protect bucky"
   "Why didn't Bucky protect you?"
   "He had better fighting tactics and I was a girl"
   "What about the Tony side?"
   "Well our parents had twins, me older but they thought 2 was too many and Tony was the boy so they chose him, I was set up for adoption but the people who wanted me were in Russia cause they thought I was special but they put me into the red room, I escaped almost immediately then I was snatched up by hydra and they did a lot."
   Sam sat there in pure shock, "holy shit"
   "Yup" I say
   We check in on the 4 on the carrier, they don't respond, they've probably gone radio silent, we wait longer and longer, until it seems they're in trouble
   Sam and I fly up and start looking for everyone, "Sam if I get quiet then leave"
   "Why?"
   "Just do it okay?"
   "Okay"
   We walked in the main room and saw Bucky, overtaken by hydra and Steve laying down not far from him, I look to Sam before Bucky sees us
   "You get Steve out of here and I got Bucky", Sam nodded
   I swung Bucky up, giving Sam time to grab Steve
   Steve and Sam got out, I pinned Bucky to the wall with my powers
   I entered buckys mind and over-rid it to get Bucky back instead of the winter soldier, when he got back I slid him back to the floor
   "What happened?" I ask
   "We got most of them but there were too many" he responds
   "Sam is bringing Steve to headquarters and we're gonna find Tony and nat"
   Bucky and I walk to the next room to see Tony fighting hydra soldiers behind nat, they were both struggling and taking hits, critical ones
   Bucky and I ran to help out and took them down the four of us with no struggle
   "Yn what the fuck are you doing here?!?" Tony yelled and stomped towards me
   "How about you're welcome!" I yelled back
   Sam flew back in and smiled when he saw Tony and I fighting
   "Why are you guys up here?!" He yelled at Sam
   "Saving your sorry asses!" I say
   "We don't need help!" Tony and I started a yelling match
   "Is that why Steve was unconscious and bleeding? Is that why you have a giant hole in your suit? Is that why Bucky was the winter soldier?"
   "We were handling it!"
   "Yeah and it's handled because of Sam and I!"
   Tony shut up and scoffed, he rarely loses an argument but to me he always does
   We all committed, minus Steve, but we continued and Sam and I did the computer thing from the carrier and all worked out well, we got the ship back and got rid of the hydra agents
We all flew back down safely and regrouped in the conference room
Steve obviously wasn't there since he was unconscious
"Yn and Sam you should not have gone up there, you could've jeopardized the whole mission and made it worse, possibly putting Tony and Natasha in further danger" fury lectured us
"Fury we-" I try to get out before he interrupted me
"But you saved all four of them and took correct course of action when you thought something was wrong and I applaud you for that" fury says
Sam and I look at each other in confusion then back at fury
"We're not in trouble?" Sam asks
"No" fury answers
The 3 of us walk back in the room and sit down in silence
Bucky leans over to whisper in my ear, "what did he say?" He asks
I lean back to reach him better and whisper in his ear, "I'll tell you about it later"
We sit through the meeting, it was just fury talking about the mission and where they went wrong

"Sooo what did he say?" Bucky asks after the meeting when were laying in his bed
"He's glad we were there to save your asses" I smirked
"Wait really?" He asked
"Yup" I respond
"I'm gonna go out" I say wanting to go on a walk in the city
"I can come with you" he says
"I'd rather be alone actually"
"Oh, well call me if you need me"
