* flashback *

Wanda

"Tony..." I dont take pride in this
"What" he sounds irritated, yn was in here just before me
"I can do it" I swallow hard
"Do what?" His tone lightens
I look him in the eyes as he realizes what I mean
"You- you can?" His frown turns to a smile far to happy for the subject to be what it is
"She's your sister, you shouldn't be that happy Tony"
"My sister is too dangerous"
"I'm only doing this if I have to"
"Go tell Steve"
"Tell him yourself asshole" I storm out
I walk to my room, sit on the side of my bed and hugged my pillow
Yn was my best friend and my mentor, she taught me to control my magic, she taught me how to make it stronger
I don't want to kill her, I don't think she needs to die, she can control her powers and she's becoming less and less insane
Steve, Tony, and nat wanted her dead the most, the people she used to be closest to
Nat was her best friend, they were in the red room together
Tony was her brother, they hadn't been through much but they loved each other unconditionally, they did
Steve was her best friend, her, Bucky, and Steve were all inseparable
"Hey Wanda, you okay" yn peeked her head through my door
"Yeah, just thinking" I say and Pat the spot next to me so she can sit down
She sits down, "thinking about Tony, Steve, and nat hating me?" She smiles
Her smile is comforting and warm, that must be why Bucky is so happy, he gets to wake up to it every morning
"Tony wants to kill you" I want to tell her the truth, there's no reason to lie, she can already read my mind
"I know" her smile fades at the thought of her brother wanting her dead
I felt bad for her, she went through a lot, her parents were brutally murdered infront of her because she failed at killing Bucky, she lost 3 babies in miscarriages, she went through years of torture
She got nightmares every night, I could hear her screams whenever she slept in the compound
"Did he ask you for help?" She broke the sharp silence
I took a deep breath, "yeah" I hear her sigh and know she's biting her lip from anxiety
"I'm not going to" I look at her and put my pillow down
"You're going to have to" she looks into my eyes with tears in hers
"What" I'm surprised by her response to that
"Help tony" she puts her hands on top of mine as a tear runs down her cheek
"Why"
She cups my cheeks, "ill be okay Wanda" she says softly and leaves
Vision walks through the door, and looks to the door where yn just left
"She wants to die?" He asks
"What did I say about listening in on my conversations" I scold
He leaves, sensing I was angry, so I flop down and sigh
Why would she want me to kill her, knowing yn, she had a bigger plan
Also knowing yn, she could know this is the end for her
She is smart in a way only one avenger could understand, Steve
Steve and her go for the big picture, yn always says, "there's always another way", showing her intelligence
She was smart enough to see the big picture, but even smarter because she knows how to get there
Yn was a lot like Tony in some ways, they were both smarter than anyone else on earth, they both used their intelligence for good
Though she was insane, she handled it well, and knew what she had to do
I envy her, she can control her powers, take care of two kids, run a country, have a home life with her family, have a social life outside of the avengers, and fight with the avengers
Yn and i's powers were similar, that's why she taught me so much and why we were so close
The second I got here, yn became friends with me, but she feared me
I knew why she feared me, but I wasn't powerful enough to hurt her at the time, and I knew she was immortal, unless I killed her
I don't think yn knew that I knew she couldn't die, that's why she wants me to kill her
Yn knows she'll survive, that's what she meant, she knew I told Tony, she knows Steve knows too
Fuck she's smart, she set this up, she wanted me to know I could kill her, she wanted me to tell Tony, she wanted Tony to tell Steve
I walk to Bucky who was in the training room, so I can tell him, but I stopped in the doorway, did she want Bucky to know?
She plans for everything, so if she knew I knew, then she knew I would tell Bucky
I continue through the door, "hey Bucky" I say
"Hey Wanda" he says and stops training to continue the conversation
"Yn is planning her death" I don't waste time getting straight to it
"What" his face is expressionless
"She knows who wants her dead, and she wants to just give them what they want but I dont think she'll die" I spit out all at once
"Wanda don't be crazy, she's not planning her death" he brushes it off
I hear a voice in my head that is not my own, "you're right Wanda" yn's voice echoes in my head
Bucky looks at me with a worried look, "Wanda? You okay?" He asks
"Uh yeah, do you know where yn is?" I ask
"She's talking to Tony, why?"
"Okay thank you" I run out and hear him call my name
I fly up the stairs to Tony's office level and find yn and him sipping scotch and talking
"You heard me" yn smiles and takes another sip out of her glass
"You-" I start
"Shhh" she hushes me then I hear the sound of her voice again in my head
"You're smart Wanda" her voice echoes
