Sadie

"NOOO!!!" My knees dropped to the floor, it was almost like she just disappeared
Sage and my dad came to my side as I cried out in pain, my mother was like a piece of me
"Sadie it had to be done" Sage tried to comfort me
I used to be able to feel her presence but I can't feel anything
I lean on my dad, who was kneeling next to me and cry
Wanda covers her mouth and looks like she's about to throw up
Carol just leaves without a good bye from anyone
Natasha stands there with a white face, she doesn't belive what she just did
Sage looks at me with pain in her face and kneels in front of me
"I can take it away" her eyes get watery as she looks at dad and I
"What" he speaks for me, I'm too sad to speak
"I can take your pain" she bites her lip knowing it'll hurt her
"That's what mom did" she sets her knees fully on the ground
"She took it so we were never scared when she came home all bloody with new gunshot wounds and when dad would have a panic attack she helped him stop it and she taught me" Sage puts one of her hands on top of mine, and her other on my cheek
All the sudden I didn't feel sad or hopeless and the tears cleared from my eyes
"Mom spent more time with me than you think" she laughs and sits down with new tears in her eyes
Nat walks over, and puts a hand on our shoulders, "I'm sorry we had to" she tries to apologize but it doesn't sound sincere
No one says anything so her for a second, but I gain the courage
"No you're fuckin not" Sage took my pain, not my anger
As i stand up, nat backs up, "you tried to kill her over and over again and now that you succeeded you feel bad? That's bullshit Natasha and you know it" my eyes glow red much like our mothers
Dad and sage sat and watched, not sure of what would happen
"Do I need to kill you too?" I threaten but dad stands up and walks to nat
She backs down immediately, "what the fuck did you say" his voice is rough
"I don't need your help" I shoot a look at our dad
Sage teleports behind me and takes my rage too, but falling to the ground when she does
"I don't know why my mother trusted you of all people" I jump down back into the building
Sage follows me, "tell dad I'll be in slokovia" I get in the helicopter and start it, bringing everyone's attention to me
Despite not knowing how, other than what my dad taught me, I flew it away and took a plane to slokovia
I got there and saw I giant wall surrounding the edges of the country
I land and the guards take me to the palace and show me to my room
The president walks in, "hello my lady, is your mother with you?" She asks
"She's dead" I stare blankly at the floor without emotion
"She's what" her face goes pale and she stares at me
"Until she walks through the doors" I have i vision of her walking through the doors
She just stands there, speechless, not able to comprehend what I just told her
Just then she does, she just walks in like nothing ever happened
I look at her as she comes to hug me, "I'm sorry, you weren't supposed to see anything" she runs her gentle fingers through my slightly red hair
"I would've figured it out anyways" I scoff
"It didn't go as planned, I was going to die, but I was scared and didn't let them, but now I'm weak and i am only what an eye sees" she's talking about what just happened
Wanda didn't kill her because she protected herself with her powers and she lost them, so nat won
"You're powerless aren't you?" I turn to her, she was calm and you could tell she was weaker than before
"Not entirely" she says and uses her super strength to lift my bed without a struggle
I snort, "well now you can go back and she'll shoot you in the head, killing you once and for all"
A surprised expression takes over her face, "you want me dead?" She asks as if I couldn't kill her right now
"After what you just did, yeah, you just tricked millions of people into thinking you're dead, even your husband and kids, in front of us, you were supposed to die"
"Sadie-" she starts but I cut her off
"No! You have been so powerful your entire life, I bet you feel so small, you used to be able to control us, take our emotions so we never got mad at you?!"
"Sadie rose! Listen to me!" She may be powerless but she still holds some power over me
"I did everything for you, you were a twin, and when your brother died, something in me clicked, I never wanted either of you to feel pain that you didn't have to-" she lets out a soft sob and hiccup
"I felt so much pain when I was younger, I didn't want you to feel that too, I went through so much, so I protected you from everything I possibly could"
