Chapter 17

Yn

   After we came home from our lovely honeymoon, I started throwing up in the morning, every day
   I thought I was pregnant but the tests were all negative so I went to the doctor and they said it was too early to tell
   I didn't want to tell Bucky because I wasn't sure so I didn't want to get his hopes up
   I never thought it would happen but as my best friend, I went to Wanda first
   "The doctor said that?" She asked
   "Yeah, I'm going back next month" I say
   "You should try for one"
   "I'm going to talk to him about it, I won't tell him anything but I want to ask him if it's the right time"
   "When will you talk to him?"
   "I'm not sure"
   "Do it now" she basically kicks me out of her room
   I walk to buckys room in the compound and lay next to him in bed
   He rubbed my back and played with my hair a little bit
   "We should have kids" I say bluntly
   "Now?" He asks
   "Yes now" I smile at him
   "Then yea we should"
   I hug him and start happy crying, "sorry" I don't like crying
   He prys me off him so he can look at me, he sees me smiling with teary eyes
   "You have nothing to be sorry for"
   He cups my face and kisses me softly, then moves his hands to my ass and squeezes
   I smile into the kiss and wrap my arms around his neck
   After my talk with Bucky, I ran back to Wanda's room to tell her what he said but she wasn't there, she left me a note on her bed though
   All the note said was she was waiting in the training garage for me and to put my suit on
   I put my suit on and walked down to the training area, she of course was there, "mid day training?" I laugh
   "Never hurts" she says back
   "I can make it"
   She smiles and walks on the mat, "hand to hand this time" she squares up with me
   "You can still use your powers in hand to hand" I remind her
   She takes the first swing, I dodge and get a hit right on her stomach, making her fold
   She goes again, sweeping my ankles which nat taught her, but I fall
   "That was good, now get a hit on my upper body" I suggest
   I take a surprise swing at her also using my powers, hitting her stomach again and sending her rolling across the mat
   She coughs, "that was good, how did you do that?"
   "Your powers only help you Wanda" I say as I help her up
   We square back up, but I throw the first move, I hit the back of her knees causing her to fall and squeal, she grabbed my feet and made me fall, but didn't stay down long enough for her to even blink, then I picked her up with my powers
   "Get some practice in with nat then you can come to me" I say and pull my hair down from the ponytail it was in
   "I also wanted help with my powers" she timidly says
   "Sure, like what" I ask
   "We might have to go outside" she suggests
   We walk to the outside training area and i put my hair back up into a ponytail
   "What did you have in mind?" I ask
   "Do the thing"
   I shoot a stream of my yellow energy at her, she blocks it with hers and pushes back but doesn't get far
   My power being much more than hers, I cut back so she can use hers
   "Don't hold back!" I yell so it seems like I'm using all of my energy
   I feel her when she stops holding back, all of her energy was channeled at me
   "Use your emotions to help you" I say and push back slightly
   She pushes even harder making me actually use my energy
   I put up a shield showing I'm done and she stops
   "If it comes to it Wanda, show them what they think you are" I put my shield down
   "How?" She asks
   "Use your anger and sadness to propel your abilities and show them the monster they think you are"
   Wanda looks at me desperately, "do they think you're a monster" she asks
   "Most" I reply
   "Why?"
   "I've done bad things Wanda"
   "Like hydra?"
   "Mostly, I almost killed everyone here once"
   "Why"
   "I couldn't control my mind"
   "How is everyone still alive?"
   "Bucky, now I'm gonna go see him and a nice shower, have a good night Wanda" I walk inside and up to our room
   I fall on the bed, a little bit tired, yellow energy still floating around me
   "What we're you doing?" Bucky asks
   "Wanda wanted to train a little"
"Did you get anywhere?"
"Yea actually, I got her to stop holding back and taught her how to use her powers to her advantage and her advantage only"
"Oh, how did you do that?"
"Everyone thinks she's a monster so I told her to show them what kind of monster she can be"
He looks at me with a surprised look, "is that how you do it?"
"No but I can, it's just a lot"
Wanda appears in the doorway, "can you show me?" She asks
I look at Wanda then Bucky, "now?" I ask and look at Wanda again
"I would like to see that too" Bucky says and stands up to walk out the door
I follow Bucky and Wanda to the training area, "are you two sure?" I ask
"Yes" they say at the same time
I take a deep breath and try to walk away from them a little
I conjure the energy on my hands and focus it back to me, whatever energy I lose goes back to me
My eyes glow yellow and electricity surrounds my hands
I take one last deep breath then burst out into a giant glowing ball of yellow energy and electricity, I float in the air about 9 feet from the ground
I look at Bucky and Wanda, buckys expression is near terrified but intrigued, Wanda's is amazement on what I can do and possibly her too
My hair floats with my body in a way like I'm underwater
My concentration focused on containing my energy slips when Tony walks out and sees what looks like the sun
The ball I had been containing bursts and almost hits all of them but only knocks them over before I collected it and landed my feet back on the ground
"Are you guys okay?" I run over to them
I help Bucky and Wanda up first, "I'm good" Bucky says, "yea we're good" Wanda says too
I help tony up, "you good?" I ask
"Just peachy, what were you thinking?" He scolds me
"Tony no one was hurt"
"We could've been"
"But you weren't"
"Yn don't be a child, you can't do such dangerous things around people"
"Tony quit acting like my father and look around, I controlled it, I know how to control myself!"
"You didn't last time!"
I go silent and stand there stunned for a second until I push by him to go inside
I sat on buckys bed thinking about last time, I was new and getting loose of hydras grip on me
Last time an agent came in dressed like a hydra agent and my fear controlled my actions, I blew up the building and killed 13 people in the process
The explosion was nothing like what I did outside, Tony just wanted a reason to yell at me
I don't notice Bucky until he kneeled on the ground infront of me
"Tony is just an ass" he says, putting his hands under and rubbing the top with his thumb
"It's only 8 if you wanna go out?" I suggest
"Where are you thinking?" He asks
"The club"
"You always get way to drunk there, I think we should stay in for tonight"
I flop back onto the bed, "fair enough"
