Chapter 33

Bucky

   T'Challa let us stay in wakanda for protection and they helped me with my ptsd
   The girls were in the lab while yn shared that she too was of royal blood with T'Challa
   It was just a casual day until I was gifted a vibranium arm
   It was a sign that a fight was coming, yn was right, thanos was coming
  "Bucky we have to go" yn had the car keys in her hand and the girls were behind her
   The four of us drove to an airport then the raft, "what is this place?" Sage asks
   "It's where you're staying while we fight" yn says while landing the jet
   The girls and yn get off the jet, I follow, but yn stops me
   "Go" she says
   "Why" I ask
   "So they don't hate you too" she softly puts her hands on my chest
   "I don't want them to hate you"
   "But they're gonna"
   "I'll wait here"
   "Hopefully they understand" yn walks away with the girls

Sadie

   Sage and I walked into a room, then the door slammed and someone came up behind us and put big chunky collars on our necks
   They took us to rooms that were definitely cells
   "Mom!" Sage yelled as they closed the door on her
   "I'm sorry, I'm doing this for you" my mom put her hand on the glass to my cell
   "You wanted this?" I ask
   "I didn't want it but I need you to be safe and you are not going to be safe with me" she put her hand on sages glass
   "We can defend ourselves!" I yell trying to get out
   "You're children, my children and I need you safe" she walks away

Yn

   I walk back onto the jet, softly crying, I didn't want to put them here but I want them alive, I need them alive
   "You did what you had to" Bucky hugs me
   I cry harder into his arms, his hands rubbing my back and his arms right around me
   "It was the right thing" he reassures me
   "It doesn't feel like the right thing" I sob into his shoulder
   "It will, but right now we have a fight to win" he says then hops in the seat
   We fly off, back to wakanda where Steve, nat, and a few others are
   I hug Steve and Wanda, but since nat shot me, I decided to keep my distance
I walk away to get suited up, the wakandans made me a new suit mostly made of vibranium, but there were yellow stripes running up my leg that glow when I can let out a mass amount of energy
The suit fits me nice, it really highlights my curves
I come out and see Bucky scan my body, "I like the suit" he says
"Thank shuri" I give credit to her for me looking so good

Bucky

We walked outside with everyone else and see Thanos's army trying to penetrate the force field that protected their kingdom
We started fighting immediately, I took out groups of 5 people at a time
I was flung aside by one of thanos's children, "your kids won't miss you" she says and stabs me in the heart
I stand up, "try again" I forcefully close the wound
"How is this possible" she says as my suit repairs with it
"I'm immortal" I start to take her armor off with my powers
I see the red glow of Wanda's magic in the corner of my eye
I fly over to her, "Wanda why are you here?" I cover for her
"You needed help" she throws their gear things back
I see Thanos in the forest, Bucky aswell, and I run over
I try to go for Thanos but I misstep and he gets the upper hand
He starts to use the power stone to give me the energy of it
The power stone gives me the upper hand so I grab one of the stones for a quick second before he throws me into the rocks
My back cracks when I hit the wall, I fall to the ground
I try to get to my hands and knees but it hurts to move
I force my back to heal, something I learned from Steven Strange
I stand and see thanos next to vision and wanda, I try to hold him back, but he back hands me onto the ground
I look up just in time for wanda to destroy the stone in visions head
A blast of energy brushes through the trees, then it undos from Thanos using the time stone to his advantage
I watch helplessly as Thanos rips the stone out of visions head and puts it into the gauntlet
He snaps and I look to Bucky as he turns to ash, I run to him but he disappears before I could reach him
I fall to my knees right where he was, tears start a waterfall down my cheeks as I fall to my knees
A loud scream of anguish pushes out of my throat
A lump grows in my throat, stopping me from breathing
I sit down in defeat as I watch thanos disappear, Wanda cries over the loss of vision, her face in disbelief
Steve walks over and pulls me into a hug, i sob into his chest
I cough to breathe and let him hold my weight, my eyes blurry from tears
My heart had felt like it exploded, my chest felt empty, my chest hurt, my heart hurt
Steve cups my cheeks so I look at him but I can't, I can't see, my eyes flooded with tears
His hands moved to my forearms so he could hold me up
I saw his mouth moving in a blurry view, he was trying to talk to me, but all I could hear was static, the sound of nothing, flooding my brain
A thought popped up in my head, my kids, are they alive, are they okay
The tears stopped for a moment, I could hear, I could see, only to say a single sentence
"I need to see my kids" is all I say before I fly up and to the raft immediately
