Protective Ajax when someone is bothering you headcanons
Romantically:
At first he doesn't really notice if or when someone is bothering you.
He waits to see if you'll need his help or for him to step in as he keeps a close eye on you.
He'll stand behind you either with his arms crossed or wrapped around you to pull you close if needed.
very supportive of you and wants to show you off to everybody. But he never wants you to be uncomfortable in any situation.
Once someone goes what he deems too far he'll either pull you away from the situation making sure the person gets dealt with or he'll stone them before pulling you away.
Afterwards he'll do whatever to comfort you and make sure your okay even if it seems silly.
Ajax will keep a close eye on you after the whole ordeal making sure nobody messes with you.
He'll even get Xavier to help look out for you and they both stand on either side of you even if just to make you laugh.
Platonically:
Same as before he doesn't really notice until it becomes too much.
Either he finally notices, or someone points out to him what's going on.
He'll wait to see if you need his help or want him to stand in as a protective wall for you.
You're his best friend, and he never wants you to go through anything, and he will hang out with you and gossip about what happened.
He will keep you close and keep a close eye on you after everything and even closer eye on the person that went too far.
He'll often joke around that he'll stone someone for you and probably would if it came down to a bad enough situation
