First sunrise
first opening of the eyes
The world awaits
It was a surprise
They gave me a name
something I'll use by and by
but as I grow up
I wonder who and why
Who am I as a person?
In this world full of people with purpose
Who am I, what am I
In the words of people should I rely?
They said I'm the eldest
The warrior beside my siblings
They said I'm the foundation
So strong I give my family protection
Some say my hands bring luck
I hold the future of a family
some say I'm just a person
A company to somebody
Whomever am or what I am
what I should and what they tell me to be
I am me
It is what He said
Whether a family, friend or what
someone poor or an aristocrat
I'll always have a purpose
a journey so marvelous
He said I'm his hands and feet
to do something good, It won't fleet
I'm his instrument, a good cause
I won't fret just because
It was my life's meaning
I see through my eyes that's true
the beauty and colors of virtue
my glorious purpose so shining
I am his body
this is a purpose just like everybody
but something special just for me
only for me and not anybody
