Down in the scorching heat,
I saw a farmer defending it's beat
There is sadness but power in their eyes
There is grip when holding their signThose hands that planted our rice
Them fairness of hands they sacrifice
From their strength comes our food
From their efforts holds our life
The hulled rice grains they labored upon
From whom where your life strictly begun
To where and why should it be,
Your laws and rules, when it's planted by me?
