Two minutes in and Lenora could already hear explosions all over the battle center.
Damn, someone is fast.
She ran in the alleys, trying to avoid as many people as she could. She liked working alone and hopefully one of the robots would appear right in front of her somehow.
What a silly thought.
Just after that, a big three-point villain abruptly slammed his metal foot on the ground, shaking the earth under her feet.
Lenora looked up at the monster. Did I... summon him?
While reconsidering herself and asking if the nickname Katsuki saddled her years prior was correct, she touched her manipulation rune, placing her hand right on the robot's foot. With a swift move, she created a long metal bar coming directly from the villain and touched her strength rune. With those she grabbed the bar and started running in a circle around the robot, utterly destroying his legs. The amass of metal fell on some buildings around them, making her grin at her first points.
This is gonna be so fun.
Len kept going robot after robot using only five of her runes: strength, telekinesis, manipulation, speed, and water. She didn't want to use more or her body would start slowing faster. Using more than one at a time was already exhausting so it was better to cast them with parsimony.
She landed on the ground with a loud 'boom' after beating to a pulp another villain.
She lifted panting, noticing a boy with the darkest eye bag she had ever seen staring at her from behind a street lamp.
She quickly approached him, "Hey, you okay? Sorry I didn't see you!"
The boy tilted his head, moving his chin toward what remained of the robot, "You're pretty strong, what's your quirk?"
Len gave the boy one of her big smiles, "It's a little complicated right...", she stopped for a moment, blinking.
The boy smirked, "You should help me."
Lenora's smile turned into a smirk, her eyes narrowed and glowing, "Did you just try to control my mind?"
That was the first time Hitoshi Shinso felt powerless in front of someone. His usual relaxed form was swapped with a more defensive one, taking a step back from the girl.
"So you did try!", she pointed her index at him, smiling, "Mind controlling -no!, wait! Brainwashing is cooler!", she was obviously talking to herself but her eyes remained on Shinso and at that moment he realized that wasn't the first time he had seen her.
"The train girl...", he mumbled, making Lenora slam her forehead.
"That's where I saw you! Man, you look so familiar somehow!", Lenora was taking that little break, knowing she already had a decent quiet amount of points, "Your quirk is one of the coolest I've ever seen!"
