It was late afternoon and Aizawa had to force all class A to go back to the dorms and take a break, promising them he would stay with Lenora in the infirmary until she woke up. Bakugou dangerously raised his voice at him, sending all types of threats, but in the end, Midoryia and Kirishima were able to convince him to drop it and he angrily yelled a general 'fuck you' and left the school.

So, here was the man, seated beside a sleeping Lenora while chuckling at the little cat-shaped keychain she crochet for his birthday. From the bag also fell a paper box she made with a letter inside.

Sighing, he unfolded it and read it.

'Dear Mr. Aizawa, I'm sorry I forgot your birthday, I promise next year I'll be more careful!

Anyway, I wanted to thank you once again for everything you did for me. A teacher's job could stop inside the school facility, but you take it to the next level. I talk about everyone when I say that we're lucky to have someone that cares about us as much as you do.

I'm looking forward to becoming a Pro soon, so you can be proud to have tamed such a troublemaker like me. I'm sorry about my jokes and my outgoing persona, I swear I'll change!

That's it.

Well, technically I have lots more to say but the space on the paper is not infinite, so I must cut it short.

I hope you like the present and the cake. I baked it with Sato's help, so it's edible!

Thank you, Eraser.

You're my Hero.

Len.'

Aizawa saw a wet spot on the letter and realized it was a single tear that rolled down his cheek. He sniffed, straightened on the chair, and folded back the paper in the little box.

He sighed, caressing her hair, "You don't need to change, Lenora. And I'm already proud."

His mind drifted his line of thoughts on everything that happened that morning. He had to admit that Vald was right: that was a close call and he risked a lot not stopping the battle, but the results came out good. They won and Recovery Girl didn't find anything wrong with Len, just a heavy fatigue that knocked her out.

Later Monoma admitted he pushed the right button to piss her off, sure she was going to fail and not nearly eating him in her shadows. Aizawa lectured him while Bakugou almost killed him with his explosions, calling him names and worst. The surprising fact was that he wasn't the only one; all class A stood behind him, backing him up. No one should mess with one of them, especially if that one was Lenora.

"Mr. Aizawa?"

Len was regaining consciousness and the first thing she perceived was Aizawa's presence next to her.

"Yes Lenora, I'm here", he moved strands of hair out of her face.

"How much did I freak out everybody earlier?", she asked, plopping on her elbows and slowly blinking, adjusting her eyes to the light.
