I usually don't write anything that requires a warning, but Google kept encouraging me to talk to a suicide hotline when I was writing this chapter. So... be wary of suicide in this chapter.

Samuel152Also, Arkham Steven still wears the same attire as his canon counterpart - minus the jeans and it's replaced with blue sweatpants (confirmed by Samuel himself).
Third Person Omniscient.
White Diamond just finished defeating the small crowd of inmates who attempted to shatter her. It wasn't a hard fight for her, she's used to handling insignificant enemies who have little to no experience in martial arts.
She couldn't stay in the courtyard for long, because more inmates would come by and Moonstone might order the guards to attack her with something - probably with destabilization. White Diamond jogged and took refuge in a dark alleyway so she could change into her costume - she always keeps a spare costume in her gem.
However, she doesn't keep a second set of her arsenal in her gem as well. But today she was fortunate enough to have put her gadgets in her gem for safekeeping when Arkham City began development.
She couldn't remove the collar from her neck during the time she was dressing, but it was small enough to be concealed underneath her cowl so nobody could see that she is White Diamond.
Once she finished dressing, she used her wrist-grapple to reach high ground and get a general overview of the prison. Arkham City is a big place, one full of dangerous individuals - each one capable of wreaking havoc and mayhem if they were to be set loose on Homeworld. Some prisoners are more dangerous than others, like how Red Crystal is more dangerous than Bluebird.
Speaking of her, White Diamond realized that Red Crystal isn't a criminal, she was a simple law-abiding citizen. Though, if she wasn't a criminal before, she will probably become one out of spite now.
Back to the topic at hand, what does Obsidian do right now? She can't directly shut Arkham City down, Moonstone would reveal her secret. She also said something about Protocol Ten, an unknown security procedure.
She has so many questions, it is maddening.
What is Protocol Ten? Who is that gem who wore a robotic mask? Why is Huge Gigantacus and Red Crystal imprisoned here?
She hopes to have these questions answered before the night is through.
Elsewhere:
Moonlight seeked the help of Professor Moonstone after her breakdown a few hours ago. Moonlight was experiencing the first stage of her feral state, it had been too long since she tasted blood and now her form is suffering the withdrawal symptoms.
The feral gem waited in the contained room, which mostly looks like a padded cell, for Moonstone to see her. Moonlight was mumbling something under her breath, but it was unintelligible. All the while, she was hyperventilating heavily - about to pass out.
But the door opened and the professor stepped inside - making Moonlight halt her breathing.
"Good evening." Moonstone greets. "Normally, I don't accept visits on short notice, especially tonight, but you are a special gem. And as such, you need special care. Now, what do you need me for?"
"I'm... I'm..." Moonlight stuttered and quivered, almost similar to a victim of seizure. "I'm breaking...!"
"Breaking?" She inspected Moonlight's uniform. "I don't see any damage on your form."
