Third Person Omniscient.

Spinel whimpered at how close Samuel was to her face when he said that. His monstrous exterior made her afraid that he's going to sink his teeth into her face. All monsters do that, and now she thinks Samuel is going to do it.

He finally stepped back and she saw his gloved hands retrieve his mask and hat - putting them back on to conceal his hideous face. She wondered if the rest of his body looked like underneath those clothes. A more of a sick curiosity she has in her head, but she couldn't be the only one who wondered what Samuel looked like without the clothes, right?

Samuel turned around and walked to the other side of the theater.

"Where are you going?" Black Star asked while continuing to hold Spinel in a violent way - almost asking permission to hurt her for saying that hurtful remark about him.

"I need some fresh air..." Samuel admits before stepping outside.

Once he was gone, Star slammed Spinel's back against the wall with one hand choking her.

"How DARE you speak to him like that!" She hissed.

Then she lets go and Spinel slides down on the floor, her throat now bruised from Star's hand and leaving an imprint.

"You don't know what he's been through, you don't know how much he's lost, you don't know how much he SUFFERED!" Star growled while looming over her. "Do you have a clue on how much he went through?!"

"N-No..." Spinel whimpered while cowering.

"He's been through so much... words can't even describe it..." Star sighed while rubbing her temples.

"What... What happened to him...?" Spinel croaked.

Star looked back at her. "You want to know?"

"K-Kinda..."

"You really wanna know?"

"What... What happened to his face...?"

"I can show you... If you promise not to tell him."

Spinel meekly nodded.

"Well... Don't say I didn't warn you about what I'm about to show you. It's very graphic." Star reached inside her white jacket and grabbed a device that emitted a small screen.

"Wha-What's that?"

"Security footage of what happened to Samuel. I downloaded the files from Wonder Tower after I found him." Star opened the file containing the camera in the hidden room. "Watch closely."

The footage showed Spinel a visual of Samuel in a small room that looked very similar to a padded cell. He appeared to be wearing a mechanical suit that covered his entire body - from head to toe. It appeared that he had been kidnapped and transported to this place unwillingly.

After talking to someone on an intercom, something happened. Spinel heard a snap and then the sound of flowing liquid was heard subtly. Samuel fell on his knees and began screaming for dear life, reaching an uncanny shrill in his voice along with a loud crunching sound to be heard as well.

It took Spinel a few seconds to realize that the suit was crushing him from the inside, and it was killing him in the most brutal way she could ever imagine for an organic creature. Normally when a gem was to get injured like him, they would poof and only their gemstone would be left behind during their recovery.
