Spinel was summoned to Moonlight's office this time, not the conference room. Much like yesterday, Spinel has been feeding Howard breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Yes, that's the boy's name: Howard.

She decided to name him Howard, because it just felt fitting for him, in Spinel's humble opinion. She told him to be ready for anything, since Steven was coming - she just doesn't know when.

Upon entering Moonlight's office, Spinel was greeted with Moonlight staring at a picture of Steven on her wall. This one looked relatively normal, like a generic photo of Steven Universe that anyone could find.

But the intentions behind why it's here may not be so... normal...

Spinel feared why Moonlight had summoned her here, because this may be the time where she might actually request her to brainstorm ways to hurt Steven. This is very detrimental since Steven is on the way and Moonlight could use any new information against him if Spinel gave her something to use.

"You called...?" Spinel slightly croaks when she realizes that Moonlight was too deep in her thought to acknowledge her existence.

Moonlight's eyes darted toward the jester. "Oh yes, I wanted to ask you some questions."

"O...kay..." Spinel uncomfortably moved closer to her when the pale gem gestured for her to come closer. "What is it?"

"You told me that you've been watching Steven ever since your 'death,' and that got me wondering: what do you know about him?" Moonlight inquired while still looking at the photo of him.

"Um..." To be quite honest, Spinel never learned anything new about Steven during his mourning process - only that he made a new friend.

Surely telling Moonlight that he made a new friend wouldn't be harmful, right?

"He... made a new friend." Spinel answered, unsurely toward Moonlight's quite puzzling expression.

"A new friend? Eh, I don't care." Moonlight shrugs, being quite dismissive. "Just another one of his friends to kill or shatter and make him suffer."

"She seems to make him so happy..." Spinel mumbled, realizing that if Moonlight managed to successfully kill Rosemary, it would make Steven possibly fall back into deep depression.

"'She?'" Moonlight caught onto his friend's pronouns. "And she makes him happy...? WHAT'S HER NAME?!"

Spinel flinched at Moonlight's sudden yelling, so aggressive and possessive.

Spinel shrilled her answer. "ROSEMARY!"

Then Moonlight's anger was quickly turned into fear. "Wait... what did she look like?"

Spinel's hands subtly shook as she slowly looked back at Moonlight. "Sh-She's a fl-flower..."

The governor's expression got worse as she panicked. "Oh no... no... no..."

She gripped her hair and sat down on her chair.

"What's wrong...?" Spinel asked, her kind heart making her ask this question.

Moonlight sighed. "If I tell you this, you must promise me that you won't tell anyone else."

"S-Sure..." Spinel replied, still being timid and wary.
