I hate how they took my baby away from me
I hate how they ended her life that easy
I hate them for leaving her like a piece of trash
I hate them for ending her precious life

That baby who knows when I'm in pain
She knows when I need some lovin'
Even when I wouldn't tell
She knows me so well

She had been there when I feel so down
When I was drowning with those overwhelming emotions
She was with me silently
Making me feel that I'm not alone for she was with me

How can they be so cruel with my baby?
When she's so amazing and lovely
How can they disregard her life?
Is it because she's a cat?

You don't know how she made me smile at my darkest days
You don't know how she stayed with me at my lowest
She who know those tears I shed when I'm in pain
She who stayed with me until I can smile again
