Peruvian Lily

A flower who captivated me by its beauty
Like all the flowers I see along the way
Symbol of grace, purity, majesty, and honor
To some, it means friendship, love, strength, and devotion, depending in traditions and culture
Represents mutual support, or could be a symbol of wealth and prosperity
Oh how lovely is a Peruvian lily
Even the color of the petals they carry were magnificent
Makes me want to pluck them and adorn my head
Each one of the colors I'd pick them up for a crown
Red, orange, pink, yellow, white, or purple petals they own
I'd like to grow them in a place I'd love to rest
And scatter them like flowers in the wild near the dragon's nest
