Aida's POV
"I'm telling you, Raf, you need to teach that boy a lesson, more than Lenius already has! How can he be so heartless," I raved angrily, pacing around the classroom. After a heartwarming moment with my mate and making a drastic decision to make him mine permanently, I skipped over to Rafaelia who then pulled me to an empty class and started yelling at me for bringing Lenius to school despite her warnings. Then I realized she was venting her frustration and we ended up in our current situation. Raf's head was down as she bitterly wept into her palms, why? Because of a certain bastard called Frost. Oh wait, I forgot one part.
Raf said she found out that Frost was having an affair with three of our teachers, and when she confronted him, he dismissed her nonchalantly. The bastard knew she was in love with him so he should have at least turned her away better. And to make it worse, he ended up making out with a girl first thing in the morning.
How long will he keep hurting her?!
"Is everything okay?" Wynter's calm voice resonated in the room. I looked toward the sister of the dickhole. How are they related? Wynter… Krystal was so cool and fascinating, unlike her dumbass brother. I bet if she had grown up with her family, Frost wouldn't have turned out like this.
Krystal was sporting a velvet bomber jacket with a gray graphic tee, black distressed silk skinnies, and heavy rhinestone boots. Her mask today was velvet, matching her jacket but her black hair remained tightly pulled back in a sleek ponytail. Hmm, she would have looked better with her original hair color.
"What's with the waterworks?" Her sweet British accent gave me a nice chill. I could only imagine how sexy her voice would sound when she moans—if she ever gives herself the opportunity to. Lenius will surely fall harder for her because he's a sucker for British accents even if he would never admit it.
Raf cried out even more as if she was waiting for Krystal to arrive. She stood up, spread out her hands, and ran toward Krystal, throwing her hands around her. Krystal, of course, stiffened, but she didn't push Raf away so that's a good start. "Faelly, what happened to you? Did anyone I didn't kill die?" She asked with sincere concern.
"It's that fucking brother of yours," yikes, Raf slipped up, but thankfully, Krystal didn't pay much attention to it, "Frost, he's so mean to me, Krystal, he does this to me every time because he knows I love him. It's not fair, it's not fair!"
Krystal looked at me for an explanation. "Frost is having an affair with three teachers and this morning, he was making out with some girl. He is aware Raf is in love with him, but he doesn't—"
"Care! He doesn't bloody care! That bastard thinks I'm stupid! I know I am his mate, I'm not foolish enough not to notice the signs of a mate bond! How can he keep doing this to me?! Why?! Why won't he stop hurting me?!" Raf screamed, angry tears gushing down her face. "I pretend as if I don't know we are mates, I pretend as if I don't care when he flirts and chases other girls, but now it's getting too much and my heart can't take it anymore. He has no respect for me or his goddess. He's an animal! I've always dreamt that he would be mine since I was a kid and I was so happy when we got paired together but now I regret it. I can't take this anymore!!!" She screamed.
"So let me get this straight," Krystal said unflurried, "you are Frost's mate but he's pulling an Aida on you—"
"Wait, what?"
"But unlike with Aida and Darrell, Frost thinks you don't know about it and you pretend as if you don't either. Why?" She continued, completely ignoring me.
