Frost's POV

We ate in the dining room chattering and giggling, the girls that is. I was quiet. I was still in shock. I already knew she was Wynter but seeing her face made it real. It was baffling how she looked exactly like me and still didn't know. It was like looking in the mirror. She was indeed placed under a spell. I couldn't figure out why Raquelia would place such a spell on her, but I also knew that whatever she had planned must be for our good.

My wolf stood with excitement when he felt her approach. She remained in her room almost throughout breakfast. I knew she was plotting something. The smell of her rage was everywhere. Even the royals and staff could feel and perceive it but no one commented on it. The room grew colder with every step closer she came and the sound of heels slamming on the floor echoed into our ears. She was angry, alright. I inhaled the sweet, cold air her presence brought. She smelt like snow and honey, different from what Lynn said she smells like. Her scent was perfect for relaxation.

The door flew open and Krystal stood there with a scowl on her face. Rafaelia and Aida gasped, while Lenius muttered a ‘wow’. The rest gaped at my sister. Krystal wasn't wearing her mask, she wasn't hiding her face which is the female and prettier version of mine. Fortunately, she changed back into her black hair enchantment and pulled all her hair back with a hairband. She wore very shining starfish earrings, and her eye color had changed to gray. With that, I hoped the others wouldn't recognize her easily. I could only see myself in her because I already knew what she looked like.

I looked at Raf and Aida's faces and seeing the expression on them, they already figured it out. The rest of the people, however, couldn't see it. Krystal scoffed at nothing and sauntered into the dining room. She didn't bother to utter a word of greeting to the royals, just sashayed to my seat. She was wearing a cinnabar cami crop top with matching cinnabar shorts, a braided belt that had a white buckle, and white over-the-knees leather boots. She displayed a potion of her sexiness and amazing figure without thoroughly exposing her body. Except for her thighs, no other part of her body showed. She was without a doubt, targeting Merlynn.

This fight might not end well.

"Good morning," she whispered, planting a small kiss on my cheek, then another on my temple, "you okay?" I smiled at her concerned question and nodded. "You have tears in your eyes, Frost," I knew that, but I couldn't do more than prevent it from falling. They weren't tears of sadness though, they were pure tears of joy.

"I'm moved to tears by your beauty," I commented. She rolled her eyes but a smile spread on her annoyed face. Her annoyance vanished that quickly. She ruffled my hair and then smirked at Aida and Raf. They smiled back at her, awkwardly. She glowered at Lynn and walked over to a seat beside Lenius. Lee smirked at Lynn who scoffed in response.

"Morning, Your Majesties," she greeted politely, which was one hell of a surprise. She didn't bow but the fact that she greeted was a miracle on its own. The royal family responded with nods, smiles, and a scowl. Krystal ignored them.

"I must say I'm not comfortable with the clothes you all wear. It's seductive and that is bad for our weak-willed men," Queen Isabelle complained.

   "No offense, Your—"

"I'll make sure the ladies reconsider their choice of outfit," Lynn chimed in. Aida opened her mouth to protest, but Lynn placed his finger on his lips, hushing her. She looked at Raf for help but Raf shrugged. Aida huffed and folded her arms pettishly. "After breakfast, make sure you all wear something mid-appropriate to this world. Understood?"
