Hana's POV
After weeks, Intrams finally ended. We won the championshin, same as Shin's team. I had an MVP award.
"Oh, Haki, andito ka pa? Hindi ka pumasok?" gulat na tanong ni Frank pagkapasok ng opisina ko.
"I had a lot of things to work on," I said without looking at him.
"Hindi ka pa ata nag-aalmusal, ito binilhan kita." He put a bread and coffee on my table. "Tigil mo muna iyan. Wala ka nang tulog, wala ka pang kain, balak mo ba mamatay ng maaga? Naku, mayayari ako sa pamilya mo, pag may nangyari sa iyo," dagdag niya. "Especially Gun and your two ruthless brothers, they're gonna kill me."
"You're too noisy," irita kong sabi.
I removed my glasses and massage my bridge nose. I lean my back on my swivel chair.
"God, my head hurts," daing ko.
I've been working and staring at this laptop overnight, non-stop.
The title of becoming head of the family wasn't even given to me yet, but I've been this busy. Paano na lang if I finally got the title? I'd die before I even I accomplish the reason why I chose to have the title.
"I'll buy you medicine, go eat your breakfast." Patakbo pa siyang lumabas ng opisina.
Kinuha ko ang pagkain na dinala ni Frank. I sip on the coffee first.
"God, yes, I needed this," sabi ko sa sarili ko.
I've still got a lot of work I should finish, I can't just relax. Nagpatong-patong ito since I entered school. Tapos dumagdag pa iyong Intrams.
While I'm eating, I continued what I was working on. I gotta finish this today, I still have something to do. I need to see her.
"Haki, you awake?" I heard how loud the door was closed after the shout. "Oh, shit! Fuck!"
I slowly open my eyes. I immediately saw Gun slowly opening the door.
"Wait." He stopped his track immediately.
Inangat ko ang ulo ko na nakapatong sa malambot na unan. How does this get in here?
"I didn't mean to wake you up, I'm sorry," he apologized.
"Wait, what? I slept?!" gulat kong sabi. "Fuck!"
Napalingon agad ako sa laptop ko na nakasara habang nakagilid. Malinis din ang mesa ko. Lahat ng mga papers na nakakalat kanina ay patong-patong sa gilid.
Someone cleaned my table while I was out. I really fucking slept!
"What time is it?" I throw the pillow on the couch at inilapit ang laptop at iyong mga papers sa harap ko.
"11:00 AM. I was gonna ask you to join us to eat lunch," he said.
"Fuck! Why did no one wake me up? I still need to finish these papers," inis kong sabi.
My body must've so tired and gave up kaya nakatulog ako. Shit!
"Wait?" Kunot noo kong tinignan ang mga papers at ang laptop ko.
Weird. Why all of it are finished?
"You forgot? You finished it earlier, before you slept," sabi ni Gun.
"I did?" taka kong tanong.
Did I really finish it earlier? I don't remember. All I remember is I was eating what Frank bought me.
"Yes, you did. Tsk, I already told you to stop working overnight without resting, you might get sick. Tsaka having a lack of sleep can impact your brain. It can give you a hard time to concentrate or make you forget things easily," umiiling na sabi nito.
