WEEKS LATER.

Relebohile silently sat down with her head between her legs and hands put together praying silently.her bail was approved.she was released.her trial started last week,today was the final day and she could only pray for nothing brutal.hopefully the case will be dismissed since she was a first time offender offcause.

The door opened and Khangelwa stepped in,fully dressed and ready for the hearing.

Khangelwa:Are you ready?.
Relebohile:No. I'm so scared.
Khangelwa:Just know that whatever happens today. We still love you, by we I mean your parents and i.Hopefully this will come as a lesson not a punishment.
Rele:Okay.thank you for always supporting me.i know i have been nothing but a trouble child.
Khangelwa:It's Okay baby,you were just growing. let's go,your parents are also on their way,we will meet there.
Relebohile:(Took a deepbreath)Okay.

Tshegofatso looked at herself through the mirror after she finished up with preparing for her sister's final hearing.She never imagined life with her sister would be like this.it actually wasn't this bad.everything started going south when the Nkazimulo guy came into picture.part of her blames herself for agreeing to meet up with him.

Her roommate stepped out of the bathroom also prepared.

Roommate:Are you ready?.
Tshegofatso:Ya,let's go.

They took their handbags and walked out.

In Mozambique,Jasmine looked down as the police searched her car,she should've known this was a trap.the one who was searching turned and looked at her before taking the bag she saw on the boot.

Police:MS Jasmine you say.
Jasmine:Yes.
Police:What is in this bag?.
Jasmine:Uh I was asked to deliver it to someone at the airport.
Police:You don't know what's inside?.
Jasmine:Yes.
Police:We were tipped off that there is a car ,driven by a lady carrying 500 000 dollars drugs worth.
Jasmine:Okay.
Police:Pedro,please open it.

Pedro nodded then opened the bag.he looked as what was covered by a silver foil then looked at Jasmine.he shook his head then opened the bag fully before taking one Pack and ripping it.Jasmine looked at what looked like drugs,it was drugs ofcouse.

Jasmine:I don't know what's going on,I was only asked to deliver this.
Police:Seems like this is the car and person we are looking for.Can I please have your licence and ID.
Jasmine:I...Im from here and I don't have a license.
Police:Where are you from?Can I at least have your permit.
Jasmine:Im from south Africa,Look can we please talk about this.
Police:You are one of the outsiders who are increasing the crime rate in our country.i don't believe someone sent you to deliver this bag. You were just delivering your own things.
Jasmine:(shook her head)No listen to me,I didn't know there were drugs in there,let me call the person who sent me.

She said they quickly unlocked her phone before dialing a number.the number rang twise and the person dropped the call.she dialed him again and this time it took her straight to voicemail.her eyes filled with tears as reality kicked in.

Police:You are under arrest man,anything you do or say may be used against you in the court of law.
Jasmine:No,I know nothing about those drugs.

The police handcuffed her as she screamed tearfully making a scene,People turned looking sadly some taking videos.Jasmine tearfully looked down as the car moved.this was supposed to be a once off thing,for her to get money and go back to South Africa.This guy really played her,she only knew his name,Raymond.she should've known something like this would happen.

At the high court.

Relebohile looked Down nervously.the court was filled.more people were getting In.her parents haven't arrived yet,it was only Khangelwa from the family.

She turned as Tshegofatso and her room mate walked in.Tshego smiled at her and to her surprise she found her self smiling back emotionally.her sister has never missed a date of all her hearings.though she was mad at her.Onthatile and Baron walked in and sat down next To tshego and Khangelwa.

Minutes later the Judge walked in and everyone in the court room stood up.seconds after they all sat down.just as Nkazimulo and his family walked in.The sister was wearing a hoodie so she didn't even know how the scar looks like.

Tshegofatso turned and locked eyes with Nkazimulo.he smiled at her and she turned facing the front as the Judge went on and on.

Judge:The section 59 of the criminal procedure act which allows an arrested person to apply for bail was followed.The young lady here was afforded bail since she was a first time offender.The accused here before the bail hearing had stated that when she committed the crime she was not in her right senses.The court Requested a medical card to prove that during the trial and it stated that miss here has no problem in that matter or has had an episode.Therefore this court finds it right to revoke the bail and the accused here to be given full 3 years in custody for attempted murder,plus 1 year for giving false information which makes it 4 years with no demand of parole.Thank you.

She said then stood up,Relebohile tearfully looked at her parents.she broke down crying as one police man handcuffed her.tshegofato moved closer and hugged her as they both cried.

Tshegofatso:(tearfully)It's going to be Okay.
Relebohile:(Crying)I'm sorry.

The police man pulled her off then led her outside to the police van.The parents also got in their car and drove off.

Tshegofatso and her roommate walked out if the court room.They waited outside for their cab

"I'm sorry"A voice from behind said.tsheo turned ,she already knew who it was.

Tshegofatso:It's Okay.
Nkazimulo:I was hoping that.....
Tshegofatso:Nothing will ever happen between us.i meant everything i said the other day.please stay away from me.i just lost my sister because of this.

Their cab arrived and they got in.Nkazi turned then walked to the parking lot as he felt like someone was cutting is heart into little pieces,he never felt his heart break like this very moment.

Mother:Are you Okay?.
Nkazimulo:I'm fine.

"Done"Tiger received a text from his friend in Mozambique.After the not so enough evidence they had against him they had to release him with bail.Jasmine has played the wrong one on this game.

He could kill her, but he feels like dearth is a much better punishment.Prison will do her good.who knows maybe she will find her soul mate in there.
