the new baller in town

~ 24 ~

International break officially over, keira, Lucy and I fly back in a week as they didn't want me flying alone and I want to visit the old arsenal crew.
"Heyy," I say walking into the old changing rooms, they all look up at me and make their way directly for me.

We ended up talking in the changing rooms for over an hour which led to a very confused jonas comming in and telling them off. Oops, they didnt exactly care really. Katie and lia also made me promise that I would let them go on my bike that lives here, which is fine I promised lia when she was came to the England camp to see us.

I joined in their training which was easy compared to barca I'm not going to lie," Ella, lovely to see you again," jonas says.
"Yeh, it's great to see you and everyone as well," I reply
"You know I regret accepting the offer from barca for you, you have become an amazing player and I wish you were on our team still, but I'm glad we don't play against you very often, your doing well kid, keep it up," he says leaving me alone in the room. I don't want to leave but at the same time I do, leah and I went and saw the family, which was nice, now time to spend time with my chosen family.

We finished training and all agreed we would go back to leahs House, as promised I took Katie on the back much to alessia and lias disappointment, not sure if rusha would approve of this but oh well. We were the first back as I took the quick route and went a little faster than normal as she kept telling me to go faster. Which was actually very fun for me as I don't tend to do that especially with people on the back, but I won't be doing it again.

First movie done, me alessia and lia are on this sofa, I'm sat in the middle of the two which I don't like, I like to be on the end easier to get away. Before they start the second movie I feel alessia brush her hand against mine which gave me butterfly's.
"I'll be back in a sec," I wisper into her ear. Loads of my stuff is still here from when i lived here, I mean when I come home this is where I stay so why would i not leave stuff here. Its my home.
I grab 3 hoodies from my wardrobe and take them downstairs as its cold down there and I guarantee that someone will need one they always do.

Alessia has moved into the middle when I come back down, and she automatically grabs one of the hoodies our of my hand, as does lia and Katie, great now I don't have one. Oh well.

Sitting down I put my arm up on the back of the sofa which happens to be behind alessia who slowly shifts towards me gently resting her head In the crook of my neck, earning some odd looks from lia and leah, God I'm done for. Doesn't even take a minute for her to fall asleep, jeez, I wish.

We watched another 3 films before I decided to head up to bed,well take alessia up to bed,"I'm gonna take her upstairs I mean she's slept through the last 4 films," I say as I pick her up bridal style.
Doesn't take long to get her up the stairs, as I put her down on my bed she is still asleep so I just close my door as I leave to go sleep on the sofa, some of the team had gone home others had air beds in the spair room or the living room so there was one sofa free, which I have now claimed, turns out I'm sharing now as I didn't realise it was gios spot.
I didn't end up sleeping there I slept on the floor, there is not enough space on the sofa for 2 people. We'll when I say I slept on the floor I spent the night pondering my feelings deciding whether to tell her or not. I think I'm going to. I have to you only live once I guess.

Alessias pov

I know she put me to bed and them left, bit I think we are just friends and I'm not sure I want more than that at the moment, why ruin a friendship for what could be a bad decision, I happy as we are and I hope she feels the same way.

We had some moments at camp, but that's all they were moments, last night was nice but I still don't want more, what if she feels something more, I hope she doesn't, I don't want to loose her as a friend. Plus I have a boyfriend and I am straight so that would put a bullet in our friendship.

Ella's pov
That's it I'm telling her, it will either be a great day or shit one, I guess we will find out .
All of the team left early in the morning for training and I said I would meet tu there as I wanted to get suitcase ready and drop it off with Lucy and keria. Once I've done that I'm coming back here to grab my bike and go to the training grounds, I've only been here for a few days but we have a private plane which barca got for us so we could come home whenever we wanted.

Right bag done, now to the training grounds.

"Hey lessi," I say jumping on her back as she comes out of the gym. I still can't believe I'm about to do this. As I hop off her back we begin our slow walk outside to the bank I used to sit on.
"You know, I like you lessi, like I like you alot, before I met you I never knew what it would be like to look at someone and smile for no reason," I say looking up at the sky avoiding eye contact ad I absolutely hate it...
" Ella," she says with sigh......
