I didn't get home until 1 am, and that was an odd walk home got cat called a few times by old men, but leah was there waiting for me.

" your home,"leah says launching her self at me and clinging to me like a koala.
" yep, I'm not cooking now, I'll make pancakes in the morning I'd you want me to," I say effectively carrying her up the stairs, we fell asleep talking and woke up an hour before training so I did as I said I would and made her pancakes, it's like Beth and viv can sense when I cook as it only took them 5 minutes after I started making them to get here, and then they were all waiting around the table like children.
"Am I seriously the only one that can cook in this house, how did you survive the last 3 days," I ask unimpressed with the neediness of the three adults infront if me.
"Take away, that's how we survived, Beth and I tried to cook, but we did set fire to what ever it was in the pan, an egg I think," leah says with a small laugh.
" you are all banned from cooking, I swear to god, non of you touch a cooker unless under my supervision, I live with a bunch of children," I huff at them," right 3 for Beth, 3 for viv and 4 for leah as she pestered me last night, there's more but I want to eat, so piss off," I grumble leaving the 3 children to eat whilst I eat in the kitchen and cook some more, minutes later Beth and viv are waiting for more," Jesus christ, take what you want, we have 3 minutes before we need to leave," I say running to grab my training bag, we I realised I don't have my hoodie, I have a man United hoodie with onas number on it and I already knew she had my arsenal one, I need to order a new one.

On the drive there I have my headphones in,well one in," do you think the kit people will have a spare hoodie that the will put my number on, mine in Manchester and I don't think you will appreciate if I wear this one," I say holding the man United one up, we'll putting it on as it is cold.
" boo, traitor," Beth says earning a slap from viv.
" thanks viv," I giggle
" no problem schatje," viv replies, leah and I are sat in the back and I see her scrolling Instagram, the image of me kissing that random girl is everywhere its been reshared over and over again people keep reposting it as well.
"What's this,"leah wispers showing me the post.
"Umm apparently I got a little to drunk that night we went out for my birthday and umm I kissed a girl, it wasn't anyone on either teams but I don't like that people have posted that anywhere it's unfair and legally I'm a minor, and shouldn't have been in that club," I say not happy with the outcome of the night well I was it was very fun just the results of me having fun backfired and well this is how it ended.
" you just have to let it blow over, and this is why I didn't want you to come out drinking and I suggested a dinner instead but you wouldn't listen, leave it alone and igone the media for now, it will be fine if mot we will have it taken down,"she tells me providing a little bit of comfort for me.

Training was good tiring but I did get some funny looks for the United top the team was not impressed with me but I still managed to play my best, I'm just very tired now. And yet we still have gym to do.
Headphones in arm day let's go.

Workout:

Cable machine first:tricep rope

3 sets of whatever weight I can do 10 reps in each

Lower cable so do bicep curls

3 sets of whatever weight I can do 10 reps in each

Preacher curls

3 sets of 20 kg, 10 reps in each

Skull crushers

3 sets of 25kg, 10 reps in each

Finish it off with some Dips 3 set until failure.

Well done, now I just have to wait for leah, Beth and viv to finish as they a comming back to our so they get fed, and we all drove here together, I've been thinking yes I'm old enough to get a car but I don't want one I might do my 125cc bike test, cause who needs a car when you can have a motorbike, it would be so much cooler.

Right, gremlins fed, now I'm gonna book some lessons for motorbike.
" Seriously you could get a car and you want one of thoes," they all say.
" yeh they look so much cooler, puls it would be amazing to turn up to a game on a motorbike, or to drive up to Manchester or anywhere for that matter just go for a ride and clear my head, I just want to have some freedom, " I say.
" I get that but you could have a car, you have enough money to buy both if you really wanted to, I'm not gonna stop you it's you decision but I'd get both bike in the summer and car in the winter," leah say sitting next to me on the sofa with Beth and viv who are on the other side of me, I put my laptop down and lay across them my head on Beth and my feet on leah, doesn't take long to fall asleep honestly, seems to be very common that I fall asleep on sofas......
