"I'm here," she says putting her arm around my shoulder. " She did this to me," I say through rough breaths. " I know, I know, look at me and follow my breathing," she says moving in front of me. "I can't, it's like there is 100kg sat on my chest, I can't breathe, I need it to stop, I need everything to stop," I say hanging my head in between my legs. " It's okay el, look at me, I'm right here, I'm not leaving and you know it," she says pulling out her phone and messaging someone.
5 minutes and this isn't getting any better. "Hey, hunny," Alexia says joing us,"we need you to calm down," she says pulling me into a hug and rocking me side to side. " I ....
