"we need to talk el," Beth says jumping on my bed which I have only just sat down on, I haven't slept for about a week so I'm exhausted now.
"Why," I moan.
"I know you are not sleeping, I've seen you knuckles and I've seen how you act around Alessia and other Ella, don't forget how well I actually know you schatje," she says letting me rest my head on her.
"We broke up, and I can't sleep, I hate her right now, but I love her, I wanted to marry her Beth, I had a ring," I say pulling it out of my bedside table.

"Jesus Ella, that beautiful, when were you going to do it, and I'm sorry, have you told anyone that you've broken up," she says.
" Nope, I've just been getting on with it, I'm in the world cup squad, and I'm not missing out on this opportunity, I can deal with her being around me for a few weeks then I can never see her again,"I sigh my eyes finally starting to close.

Leah's pov

" Leah where are Beth and Ella," Sarina asks me, for god sake, she isn't here.
"I'll go find them," I say jogging off the pitch.
"Beth, Ella," I say walking into there room and seeing Beth holding Ella as she sleeps.
"Shut up," Beth says quietly.
" Come on we have training," I say going to pull them off the bed.
"No, she hasn't slept all week, tell Sarina I don't know that she got her period or something," Beth says and I nods.
"Tell me later," I say to her and she agrees.

" Sorry it took so long Beth is looking after Ella as she got her period and feels awful," I say out of breath as I have just ran from their room.
"Ok, thank you Leah, I'll check in with her later," Sarina says getting ba k to the training session.

Ella's POV.

Well Beth told Leah to tell Sarina that I got my period then I did so that was shit, but it is what it is.
" You feeling abit better," Beth says after I've woken up fully.
"Not really but who cares, got to get to the gym session once I've found my pills," I say looking through the nightstand.
"Ella you don't need to go anywhere near a gym," Beth trys to tell me.
"I do I really do," I say as I drag her out the room.

"El, you good," someone shouts from the otherside of the room. I just stick my thumbs up and put my headphones in.

Gym session done, the ring I bought Alessia is strung round my neck for now, well until I speak to her anyway.

"Ella, can we talk," Alessia say showing up at my door.
"I don't want to but you will anyway so come in," I mumble extremely tired, we leave for Australia in a few days and I have had about 9 hours of sleep in the last week so I'm not doing so good," so what do you want to talk about," I mutter my head now firmly in my hands.
"You know, I'm so sorry for how I ended things, I really do love you, but I'm just not ready for this, for us to go public, I still want you Ella," she says.
"Ok, well I'm not ready for you to come back into my life just yet, you really hurt me Alessia, but since your here, I wanted to give you this, I was going to propose to you when we made it to the final, but that doesn't matter now, you can have this, I don't need it now so here take it, burn it break it do what you want cause I don't want it now," I say putting the ring in her hand, thank god I don't have it now. its shit to have that memory now.
"El, its beautiful, why don't you want to keep it," she asks the sparkle coming back to her eyes.
"I don't want that memory right now, but you said you still love me," I question.
"I do, I will always love you el, and I would've said yes, if you asked me love," she says trying to hold my hand.
"Don't call me that Alessia, like I said do what you want with that, but you should probably leave now," I say going to open the door for her.
"El, please give me another chance," she says putting her hand under my chin. She kisses me and I instantly pull away.
"I'm sorry I cant, not yet, I need time," I say closing her put and breaking down as I slide down the door.
" Fuck you Alessia," I mumble grabbing my phone and unfollowing her on everything, before leaving to punch the shit out of something in the gym.

Well I'm currently on the way to Sarina's office as I got a notification saying I was needed.
Well this is going to be fun, Leah, Millie and Sarina are there for fuck sake.
"Hi, you wanted me," I say quietly sitting down next to Leah.
" Yeh, just wanted to make sure everything is ok, noticed you have been in the gym more than you haven't and wanted to make sure that you are feeling alright from today," Sarina says in a caring tone.
"I'm ok, just got some things going on but sorry I missed training, it won't happen again," I say trying not to yawn and not to bend over in pain.
" Are you sure cause you can come to me or any of us for anything Ella, we want you to be ok, but if your sure get to bed kid, you look exhausted," Sarina says letting me go.

"Ella," Leah says catching up with me.
"Yeh, " I say stopping, " what do you want," I mumble as I start to walk again.
"We need to talk so come on, we are staying in you room and either you or Beth is going to tell me what's going on," she says dragging me to mine and Beth's room.

Beth explained what happened and Leah offered me some comfort but I didn't tell her anything about today as A I don't want to and B i don't want to.
"Beth, something happened today the I'm not telling Leah," I mutter as I'm led on her right now.
"What sweetie," Beth says quietly.
"I gave her the ring, we talked she kissed me, said she would've said yes, I unfollwed her on everything, and told her how much she hurt me, and had a breakdown," I say very quickly as I'm extremely tired so I started to fall asleep," thank you for being here for me Beth, I'm glad we are roommate again, and I can't wait to win the world cup with you," I say drifting off.
