Trouble

Another bipolar Kyle oneshot, I'm writing another one after this as well lmao. Also he has OCD in this too (but it isn't mentioned until the end)

Adult AU

  Ever since the three consistent days Stan and Kenny have dragged Kyle out of bed, they could tell he was slowly coming out from his depressive episode, but they didn't think he could go manic so fast. He went from suicidal to the happiest person in the world in a singular day; just because they went out for ice cream and the mall. The day before, they went to an amusement park, and the day before that was simple steps to the grocery store then Applebee's for lunch.

  They should've known how fast he can go from depressed to manic, he splits often and he's always been able to feel many emotions in a few seconds; even before his diagnosis. Yes, he's medicated, he always takes his medication himself unless either Stan or Kenny had to force him. But sometimes that medication didn't work as good as other days.

  When they said they had to pull him out of bed, they don't mean helping him get dressed and guiding him out the house, they learned that that doesn't work as easily as they wanted. Instead, they had to forcefully pick him up and listen to his shouting and eventually crying. They hated seeing him kicking and screaming like a little kid, but there wasn't anything more that they could do besides let him get over his depression; they wouldn't let him do that alone.

  Stan was the first to notice Kyle's signs of mania, smiling more than usual, and that wasn't just because they were on the carousel, to his dialed pupils, spending a lot of his money, and talking way more than he has the past month. Kyle also had a tendency to blurt out random, risky ideas. That's when Stan connected the dots.

"Stan, what would you do if I just unbuckled my seatbelt and jumped off this rollercoaster while we were at the highest point?!"
He asked, just as the ride started.

"Well, I would not like that. I would be worried." Stan responded.

  When Kyle was manic, his intrusive thoughts almost always consisted of hurting himself, never anyone else. It was always if he jumped off something, if he did anything dangerous to hurt himself, not ever going out of his way to hurt someone else unless he really didn't like them. 

  It didn't take long after Stan for Kenny to notice too. After the rollercoaster, they all roamed around the park, Kyle pointing at everything and rambling about it randomly.

"What if he went on that rollercoaster next? Or—or, we played that duck game! Oooo! We can also get cotton candy! Let's go get cotton Candy! Wait, no. Let's uhhhh...let's get on that ride first! Wait no, I want to play that game first and win that teddy bear!"
The redhead exclaimed, speaking very, very quickly. It was hard to understand him. Something about Kyle when he was manic, he was also very indecisive.

  It's normal to be excited at an amusement park but for someone who couldn't even walk or care to get out of bed a few hours ago, it's unusual how much he was talking. After playing the duck game to win a stuffed animal and getting cotton candy, that's when they decided to leave. Kyle was pissed with them, wouldn't speak to them until they offered him some of the cookies they had in the cabinet, and that wasn't until after they got home.

  He laid down in the backseat of the car, facing the car seat with his arms crossed. Stan had put on the childproof locks on the doors, just to be sure Kyle decided not to jump out the car.

  Kyle was also mad about Kenny watching him like a hawk on the way home, easily able to see him staring through the review window. He could see Stan glance at him every once in a while too. He hated feeling like he needed babysat, he was pretty sure he could handle himself since he is an adult.
