Kiara jumps through the window of her apartment and sees Lehnsherr sucking the life out of Katy's mother.

'You just ruined your windows.' Lehnsherr says.

Kiara sends a blast to Lehnsherr, but he vaporizes it again. 'What, you really think that works now? There's nothing you can do to stop me. Or should I say, us.'

Then Ghosts walk in and they start to shoot. But they are quick to kill most of them. Unfortunately some come through and start to shoot everything.

Kiara quickly jumps down and punches Lehnsherr but he uses his magic against her again and Kiara loses the color on her face.

'Stop!' Mia says as she walks in with Lehnsherr's daughter. 'You let them go, or I kill your daughter. You think I'm bluffing?'

He lets go of Kiara, who falls to the ground but quickly stands up again.

'Let her go.'

Mia does as he says and lets her go. She runs to her dad and hugs him. 'It's okay, sweetheart. Everything's gonna be all right.'

Then a Ghost throws something so he can make his escape with his daughter.

'You okay?' Katy asks her mother.

'When did this become your life?'

'Oh, my god.' Kiara says when she sees Katy's friend laying on the ground.

'Oh, my god, it's gone. He took it. It's gone.'

'What's gone?' Mia asks.

'The laptop with the anti-Rubicon program.'

'If Lehnsherr has that. . .' Michael says.

'He can launch all of the nuclear missiles.' Katy finishes.

They quickly walk in the S.H.I.E.L.D. base with Clifford, who's not lookikg all too good and they lay him on a table.

'Looks like an internal bleeding.' Michael says.

'And possibly broken ribs.' Kiara adds.

'Hermothorax. We have to relieve the pressure.' Michael says. 'Mia.'

'Katy, we need you at your station. We have to stop Rubicon.' Kiara says and Katy runs to her station.

'Is he gonna be okay?' Mia asks.

'I don't know.' Kiara says and then walks to Katy.

'30 minutes should tell us.' Micheal says.

'How is he?' She asks as she types.

'Well, he's stable. Michael says the next 30 minutes should tell us. . .'

'Wether or not he'll make it.'

'Yeah.'

'Hey, can I ask you something? I know it might not be the best time. Back at our place- your place, the. . . The place, the loft.'

'Yeah?'

'Lehnsherr's magic, it worked on you. I thought. . .'

'You thought I found a way to stop it?'

Katy nods.

'But that was before he grew so powerful. It was the. . . The hope that everyone had in me was able to counteract his magic.'

'And now our hope is not enough?'

'So, where are we?' Kiara says after she looks away for a second.

'Um, good news, bad news time.'
