It's been four weeks since Kiara woke up. Carol already had to go back to space and the S.H.I.E.L.D. base in London got Micheal as director now.

As for Kiara, she's fully recovered. Jemma and Fitz checked up on her a few days ago and said that she's as healty as she was before her fight with Eric Lehnsherr.

She's currently in the trainings room, training. With her eyes closed she shakes off the noises and brings her mind back to herself. She focuses on the power inside of her as she can feel it running through her entire body and connects with it so she can channel it where she needs to.

She's been in this training room almost everyday since she's been cleared to do this again.

'Deep breath in.' Mia says, who's been helping Kiara train again.

Kiara listens and fills her chest with air.

'Deep breath out.'

She releases.

'Get ready. Breath in.' Mia says one last time.

Kiara shifts her stance so she has more of a balanced center and takes a deep inhale as she waits for her cue.

'And. . . go!'

Kiara opens her eyes as she shifts all of her energy through her arms and out of her palms and lets her quake force hit the ground and lifts her up slightly.

'Hold it, Carter. Hold it.' Mia says.

Kiara rolls her eyes. Mia acts like Kiara's struggeling. 'Conners, I've got this part down. I'm pretty sure we can move on.'

'Okay, move up a little higher. Let's see if you can handle more.'

'You got it.' Kiara says as she lifts herself  up a little bit more.

'Don't push yourself too hard. You couldn't fly stable before you're trip to coma-land, take it slow.'

Jemma and Fitz did clear Kiara, but advised her to don't push herself so hard, let herself heal further properly.

Kiara lowers herself again slowly and when she lands to the ground she walks through the door and to Mia, who's in the observation-room.

'How did I do.' Kiara asks as Mia looks at Kiara's vitals, something Jemma and Fitz also advises to do when Kiara trains.

'Really good, actually.' Mia says as she looks up from the computer. 'You're health really went up these past few days. If I didn't know better, you're truly fully recovered.'

'I did?' Kiara asks as she looks at screen and sees that Mia's right, her vitals have never looked so good after training. 'So, I'm cleared to do actual missions again?' Kiara asks hopefully.

'I'm gonna send this to Fitz and Simmons to dubble check. But if it was on me, I would clear you to go back into the field again.'

Before Kiara can say anything, Mia warns, 'I might think that, but Fitz and Simmons might not, just don't get your hopes up.'

'You got it.' Kiara says as she checks the time on her phone. 'Shit! I need to go.' Kiara says as she slides her phone into her pocket.

'Where are you going?' Mia asks.

'I'm having lunch with Nat and Wanda.' Kiara answers. 'I'm already too late, I'll see you later.'

'See ya later.'

'How was training?' Wanda asks after they finishes their lunch.

'Pretty good. My vitals have been better than ever. Mia is sending this to Fitz and Jemma to see if they think I'm ready for the field again.'

'Ah, that's great. We've really missed you out there.' Natasha says.

'I bet you did.'

Then they hear someone clear their throat. When they turn around they see Vision standing in the doorway.

'Can I steal Wanda for a second?' He asks.

'She's all yours.' Kiara says with a smile.

'Knock yourself out.' Natasha says short after.

Wanda smiles as she takes Vision's hand as they walk out. Kiara smiles as she helps Natasha with the plates.

'So those two really have grown close, haven't they?' Kiara asks with a smirk.

'They definitely did.' Natasha says. 'They actually have been on three dates already.' She adds.

'I'm truly happy seeing her so happy after what she's been through.'

'Me, too. After you left for London, she really spent much time with him.'

Kiara smiles. 'Any luck on finding Rumlow when I was gone?'

'We found him one time but he escaped, again.' Natasha says frustrated.

'We'll get him.' Kiara says.

'I know.' Natasha says with a sigh.

'Hey, girls.' Sam says as he walks into the kitchen. 'Any of you seen Mia?'

'She's in her room.' Kiara says.

'Thanks.' Sam says, only this time there's a slight hint of nervousness in his voice.

'Sam?' Natasha asks. 'You okay?'

'You sound kinda nervous.' Kiara says.

'N-no. I'm fine.' He quickly says and then walks out of the kitchen.

'Not. . . gonna say anything.' Kiara says as her and Natasha look at eachother confused.
