Sirius was devastated after knowing the truth from certain death eater, who confessed everything. Peter was the spy. Just as he was about to enter the Potter Manor, the door was already opened, which made him frown in confusion.

He slowly walked in and looked around to see no one.

"Ruba? Prongs? Lily?" He called out, but he got no reply from them. The only sound that could be heard was his footsteps and his breathing. Sirius made his way upstairs, and what he saw made his heart drop.

"Prongs?" Sirius slowly went towards him to see.. his friend laying dead on the ground, his lifeless eyes staring at the other side of the room, staring at Lily... whose eyes were staring back at him.

Sirius's heart ached as he controlled himself from crying because he knew this might happen, but still his heart was aching, and he wondered why.

How can his own friend betray them?

Sirius made his way towards Harry's room to check on him, but his eyes widened at the sight. He saw a brunette laying on the ground. No, no. Please don't be her. He mentally chanted those words and slowly kneeled down beside the female. He turned her around, and what he saw made his heartbeat stop for a second.

It's just an illusion. He thought as he closed his eyes and opened to see the same sight. His friend, his lover, his soulmate, and his wife was found dead.

All the tears that he'd controlled started to drop one by one. He prayed that she would get up and say the same phrase, but she didn't. He let out a painful sob as his heart ached so much that he felt like killing himself.

"Ple-- please.. don't go!" He muttered between his sobs as he looked at her face. There was no sort of wound, and to him, it looked like she was ready to die. But.. why?

Why would she do something like that?

"How can I survive without you, Ruba?" He asked as he hoped that she would reply.. but she didn't.

"Come on, stop this prank... fine, hereafter I will not tell Harry to tease you.. now, please get up, love, " he said, but she didn't move any muscle. He hugged her body closer to his chest and was in hope that she would wake up and say your heart is beating fast. But she didn't.

"Ruba, don't leave me in the half way, come on..." he mumbled as he could taste his own tears. "I need you, Ruba. I need you!" He exclaimed desperately. He didn't dare to leave her, like he did few hours ago.

"It's my fault! Everything is my fucking fault! I shouldn't have left you here alone...If I had taken you with me, you-- you would've been alive, right?" He asked, but he didn't get any reply.

"Black?" Sirius immediately looked behind as he clutched his wand.

"Relax! Drop yer wand, " said Hagrid's voice as Sirius's eyebrows furrowed in confusion.

"What do you want?" Sirius asked as he caressed his wife's hair.

"I'm here to take 'Arry."

"Nonsense! "

"Dumbledore's order," Hagrid said as Sirius refused.

"He's my godson, and he's not alone! I'm not gonna give him!" Sirius yelled as Hagrid heaved a sigh.

"I have to... sorry, " Hagrid said in an apologetic way as he took Harry in his arms. "He's going to be safe in his aunt's house,"

Sirius thought about it as he felt that it must be right. He wasn't himself at the point so, definitely he wouldn't be able to take care of Harry as of now.
