𝐵𝑙𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝐿𝑎𝑘𝑒

Ruby reached Black Lake only to see Sirius sitting below a tree and blowing leaves from his hand. Ruby looked at his side profile, and she was mesmerized by his beauty.

The evening breeze was brushing his silky black hair softly as he still continued playing with the leaves.

"Sirius," she said as he flinched a little and looked aside to see Ruby, who was approaching him.

"Hey," he greeted her dryly, and Ruby hated this. She sat beside him as her shoulders brushed with his shoulder.

"Don't 'hey' me. What's wrong with you? Why are you avoiding me? Did I make any mistakes? " Ruby asked with a frown. These three days were hell for her.

"Nothing is your fault, Ruby. It's my fault, " Sirius muttered as he tried to stand up, but Ruby pulled him down as Sirius once again sat on the ground with a little 'thud'.

"Ouch! My arse!" Sirius exclaimed in pain as he glared at Ruby, but she smiled playfully.

"Oh, come on! I didn't pull you down with that force, " she said as Sirius's lips twitched up a little. But soon, that smile faded as he looked away. She groaned in frustration as she cupped his cheeks and made him look at her in an abrupt manner. His eyes widened as he stared at her with surprise.

Who knew that Ruby Hope Lupin would be this bold?

"Wh-- what are you doing?" He asked.

"James told me that he hurted you.... Are you okay?" She asked softly. He stared at her eyes as his eyes started to tear up. Ruby wiped it using her thumb.

"My own family disowned me," he said blankly. His heart was paining. Even though he hated his family, he adored his brother Regulus, and he remembered the cold look he gave to Sirius.

" Oh Sirius..."

"Don't pity me, Ruby," he said and pulled away from her. Ruby heaved a sigh before interlacing her fingers with him.

"You've got a new family, Sirius... I guess you're staying with James... And I know how warming his family is, " Ruby started. "The last time I visited them, Mrs Potter made me eat all the delicious meals and trust me,it was fucking good" she said as she licked her lower lip dreamily which made Sirius to chuckle.

"It's true, though," Sirius muttered with a little smile. Her eyes merely fell on his lips and averted back to his eyes as she felt her cheeks getting warm.

"You deserve everything in this world, Sirius..." She said as Sirius looked at her. Their faces were inches away as Ruby could feel his warm breath.

"Do I?" He asked as his flickered from her lips to her eyes.

"You do," she said as she got lost in his grey eyes.

"Then..." Sirius trailed. " Do I deserve to get kissed by you?" Her breath hitched at his question as she blushed heavily. Sirius smirked slightly as he let out a chuckle.

"Don't worry, I was just messing with you," he said, trying to ease the atmosphere.

"Yes..." She muttered as Sirius's smile faded as he stared at her intensely.

"Yes, what?"

"Y-- you! Don't make me say it twice, you twat!" She stuttered under his gaze as she looked away from him.

"Oh, poor Ruba is blushing" he teased as Ruby slapped his arm.

"Shut up"

"Ruba is blushing!"

"Shut up, you arsehole and for your information, it's Ruby" she said trying to sound serious but she failed when her lips were curved upwards.

"Ruba is blushing!"

Ruby rolled her eyes as she turned her head to face him.

"Shut--" her sentence got cut off by Sirius's lips crashing against her.

Ruby entered her dorm and laid on the bed, wrapping her blanket around her. She couldn't stop smiling at the thought of kissing Sirius. She touched her lips with a giddy feel.

She could still feel his lips against her's. The way his hands were around her waist and the way her hands roamed in his luxurious hair. She felt it all like a dream.

She remembered his words against her lips, the sensation was still alive.

She immediately pulled away as her eyes darted fro his eyes to lips.

"I--I'm sorry I shouldn't have kissed yo--"

"No, no. Even if it's a peck,I love it. It's just, I haven't kissed anyone before" Ruby said in an embarrassing way. Sirius cupped her cheeks slowly as he hovered over her lips as she felt herself going wild.

"Follow my actions" he said and kissed her slowly and steadily. Ruby found this new and weird, but it felt nice. He pulled her closer by waist to which Ruby gasped. Sirius used it as an opportunity as he slid his tongue inside her mouth without any rebuke.

Finally, Ruby understood the method as slowly her went towards his neck as she kissed him back with same passion which made him to smile against her lips.

"Be my girlfriend, Ruba," He whispered against her lips with his eyes closed.
Ruby was craving for his lips.

"Always..." She muttered as she closed the space between their lips, making Sirius smile as he deepened the kiss.

After a few seconds,she pulled away and looked at him.

"Let it be a secret for now... If I say to Remus now, he would definitely get pissed off, " Ruby reasoned out.

"He'll say that I'm just in fifth year, and it's just hormones... Let's say once I turn seventeen. So that, he can't argue that time, right?" Ruby came out with a plan. Remus is a good brother to her, but he's very protective. Her real plan is to make his brother confess to his friend to make things tally.

"As you wish, Ruba," Sirius said as he kissed her cheek.

He couldn't believe that the girl of his dreams finally started to like him. He grinned as he once again kissed her cheek, making the girl kiss his jaw with a smile.

With these thoughts, she fell asleep peacefully.
