I don't think I've ever felt as nervous and anxious as I do now because my hands are shaking and sweaty.

I open the link that shows me Jisoo's location and take a deep breath. She is coming. I don't even know what to expect.

As she is coming by car, I asked her to stop by my house before going to the hotel because I'm going with her to the place she will be staying. I hope she is aware of this.

When she sends a message saying she has arrived, I ask her to go upstairs. I run to the bathroom, fix my hair and give myself one last check.

The doorbell rings and I can bet my heart is going to beat out of my chest from how fast it's beating. I cross my fingers and open the door.

Jisoo is looking to the side and wearing sunglasses. She only wears a blue Adidas shirt, light jeans and white sneakers.

She is more beautiful in person than in a photo, how is that possible?

As soon as she turns her face to look at me, she raises her glasses to the top of her head and smiles beautifully.

"See? I told you I wasn't crazy or an old pedophile." her smile gets bigger, making me laugh and as soon as she sets foot inside the apartment, I hug her tightly. "Wow, what a strong hug."

"I can't believe you're here. "I say softly and she laughs.

"I can't believe I'm here either." Jisoo says as she looks around "You smell good."

"Thanks, you are taller than I imagined." she laughs again. "Before we go, can we stop by a friend's house? She lives here in the building."

"Okay" she shrugs.

"Come here to my room and help me get my suitcase." I wave with my hand for her to follow me and as soon as she stops at the bedroom door, there is a spark of curiosity in her eyes when she sees one of my cats. "Do you like?"

"Yes, I like all animals, despite being afraid of some." she nods her head in agreement "Lisa has several cats" Jisoo holds out her hand for my cat to smell it, but he gets scared and runs towards the hallway.

"He's shy, it takes a while to get used to it." I pick up the suitcase and she has that curious look again, but she doesn't say anything, just extends her hand to help me. "How was the trip?"

"Quiet, traffic on the highway was good, but as I entered the city, it became a little more crowded."

"It's saturday, people go out to solve their problems or go shopping." I shrug as we walk to the elevator.

"What's the name of your friend?"

"Yuqi."

"Right." she says thoughtfully "What are we going to do there?"

"I want you to meet her."

"Why?"

"Because she's my best friend and she judges character better than I do." I say and she laughs again "What?"

"Are you bad at this then?" She gives a sideways smile that is charming and I roll my eyes.

"You may not be an old pedophile or a crazy person, but you never know, do you?" I say and she laughs, pushing me with her shoulder when the elevator stops on Yuqi's floor. I press the bell. "If Yuqi says something to embarrass me, I will hit her in front of you."

"And is she capable of doing this?" Jisoo raises one of her eyebrows and I just nod, making her laugh. "I love these friendships."

"You arrived at the right time, we are making lunch." Yuqi says excitedly as soon as she opens the door.
