I let out a heavy sigh as I sit down in my chair when I'm back at work and Miyeon has already left. I rub my forehead and pray that Jennie doesn't freak out when I tell her what just happened.

I don't know why I decided to talk to Soojoo about the despair I was feeling because she left me more devastated than I already was.

Sometimes, I really don't understand why Soojoo feels entitled to act like a jealous girlfriend when we never had anything at all. It doesn't make any sense for a person to act like that in a friendship.

Jendeukie: Did something happen?

Jendeukie: Usually at lunch time, when you are freer, you respond faster

🐰: You're going to be really mad about something that happened, but I want you to know that it wasn't my fault or planned

Jendeukie: What happened?

🐰: Miyeon showed up here at my work and we had lunch together

Jendeukie: You've got to be kidding me.

Jendeukie: What the hell, Jisoo?

Jendeukie: Did something happen between you two?

🐰: Obviously not

🐰: There was nothing to happen

🐰: How would something happen?

🐰: What are you suggesting, Jennie?

Jendeukie: Can you guarantee me that nothing happened? Absolutely nothing?

🐰: She showed up there because she had already bought a ticket here and then was going to her city to spend time with her friends, that was when she and I were still dating

🐰: I didn't even remember that

🐰: So much so that I was scared when I saw her there and all I could think was: Jennie is going to kill me and I didn't even do anything this time

Jendeukie: I need some time to think

Jendeukie: By the way, I'm at work

Jendeukie: We'll talk later.

I let out a heavy sigh as I lock my phone screen.

If she breaks up with me because of this, I will be very angry. I didn't do anything wrong, nothing happened and I told her everything.

There's no way she's going to think I'm lying and deceiving her, or even entertain the idea that I'm cheating on her.

I gather my things and leave for home, my head is hurting and I think it could explode from how anxious I am.

The hours will slowly drag by until Jennie calms down. If I send a message, it will be worse. I can only wait and hope she doesn't insult me.

There's no way she's going to break up with me. I refuse to accept this.

I check if I have enough money or limit on my credit card to buy a ticket. I better be prepared for the worst possible scenario, with Jennie, everything is unpredictable and possible at the same time.

As soon as I arrive, I find Lisa and I pout looking at her.

"What happened?" the Thai woman raises one of her eyebrows at me.
