JJ's POV:

We brought Liam home from the hospital three weeks ago and everyone had a judged to the new baby. Kie and I had a great schedule going for taking turns getting up with him in the middle of the night. The girls were like little moms to their brother which was pretty cute.

It was late and I was sitting on the couch with Liam asleep on my chest. Kie came down and asked, "Everything okay?"

"Yeah, he just wanted to be held"

She curled up next to me on the couch and we both watched our son sleep.

"He's so perfect..." She whispered

"Yeah, he is" I replied not talking my eyes off our son

I brought him back to our room and laid him in the bassinet and then I closed the door and kissed my wife.

"You're such a good dad" She said between kisses

Kie's POV:

Our family quickly adjusted to the new baby. The girls thought Liam was basically their own real life doll. They loved to brush his hair (even though he didn't have much), pick out his clothes, read to him, and give him lots of hugs and kisses.

JJ was a natural boy dad. I know why he was worried, but he had nothing to be worried about. Liam was a mini JJ from day one and I loved that.

JJ was meant to be a dad and he was meant to be my husband. I held Liam in my arms after feeding him and looked over at JJ who was asleep beside me. He woke up and said, "Good morning"

"Good morning" I smiled back at him

"You're happy this morning"

"Just thinking about how I love my boys" I said giving him a quick kiss before getting out of bed to go change Liam

I made breakfast for the kids and for JJ. We all had breakfast together before JJ left for work. He kissed me goodbye and hugged all the kids. I loved that we got to have breakfast together every morning as a family.

JJ's POV:

It was a beautiful day and Kie and I were outside with the kids. Liam was already two years old and Mr. independent to keep up with his sisters.

"Daddy, look at Liam" Emma said as we all directed our attention to him

"He's being silly, just like you" Lily said

Kie smiled and said, "Boys are silly"

The girls were laughing at their brother (not in a mean way, he was purposely trying to do funny things to make them laugh)

Kie rested her head on my shoulder and whispered, "He makes his sisters laugh, like you make me laugh"

I thought about it and he was just like me. He was always trying to make people laugh, but when people were sad, he'd comfort them. He loved to be outside and play and hated sitting sitting. He also looked just like me. I was so worried my son would turn out like me, but I realize now that isn't a bad thing. I'm not my father and I have an amazing wife and three incredible children who are my whole world. I can't imagine not having a son, Kie getting pregnant with a boy wasn't an accident, the universe knew I needed a son to heal my inner child.

I looked at Kie and I kissed her. It was a passionate kiss, not just a quick peck and she noticed.

"What was that for?" She asked

"Everything and nothing, just because I love you"

She smiled and kissed me again. I tried to slip my tongue in her mouth but she broke away and said, "Children present"

"Worth a shot" I smirked at her

"Save it for our bedroom tonight" She smirked back as she got up to being the kids inside for lunch

We had lunch together and we were about to go back outside, but some clouds moved in and it started raining.

Emma was upset as she really wanted to play outside. We never really had our kids go outside in the rain, but Kie said, "Emma, don't cry.. We're going outside"

"In the rain?" Lily asked confused as Kie was usually the one who didn't do crazy things like this

"Yes, in the rain" Kie smiled

"You know, the first time I kissed your dad was in the rain just like this"

"Aww" Lily said

"Gross" Emma said which made us all laugh

Kie grabbed Emma's hand and the two ran out into the pouring rain together and Emma was running around smiling. Kie picked her up and spun her around. Lily ran out next and the three girls were laughing and spinning around. I brought Liam out too and he went over to his sisters and my wife was standing a few feet away looking at me with the biggest smile.

She ran and jumped into my arms and kissed me. She even used a little tongue. Our lips broke apart but I held her and said, "I love you, Kiara Anna Maybank"

"And I love you, Jackson James Maybank"

She kissed me one more time and then we went and played and danced with our kids in the rain. It's funny how Kie and I went from our first kiss in the rain at the Wreck to this moment. Life worked out exactly how it was supposed to.
