Kie's POV:

It's been a few days since the whole someone stealing money situation. My dad came home and demanded that I tell him all about my date with JJ. I just told him we went to a drive in movie.

"Great, I can just imagine what happened there. It's like a bedroom on wheels"

"Mike, they just went to see a movie. Relax, JJ and Kie didn't steal the money. We need to focus on figuring out who did" My mom interrupted

"You're right, but from now on if you and JJ go on any dates, I need to approve them. I don't want to just give you guys the opportunity to be alone like that" My dad said sternly

I'm sure he'd love to hear about all our other dates - the picnic on the beach, the weed brownies, oh and how could I forget the bathtub. My dad would murder JJ if he knew about our dates and especially if he knew what happened in his office.

My parents were apparently trying to see if an old security camera in the office was still working. I totally froze. There's a camera in the office.

"I'll head over to the Wreck and see if I can get in on the computer" My dad announced

"I can go for you. You've had a long day, you should stay home and relax. I'll call you if I need help" I volunteered

"Thank you, Kiara" My dad said

I sped to the Wreck and went inside the office and my dad had sent me the passwords. I logged in and went back to the day JJ and I were in here and sure enough, it caught everything. I copied the footage onto an empty flash drive and then wiped the security footage and made sure it was deleted everywhere. It didn't show anyone coming into the office to steal the money, so it wasn't a big deal.

I told my dad the camera wasn't recording anything and he believed me. That night, I put the flash drive in my laptop and watched the video. I couldn't believe we accidentally made a sex tape. I knew there was a camera in there I'm so lucky my parents didn't see this.

The next day, I got up and drove to the Chateau and John B was outside.

"Hey, is JJ here?" I asked

"Yeah, he's inside"

I went inside and saw JJ sitting the couch. He smiled when he saw me as he got up to kiss me.

"Whatcha doing here?"

"I have something for you"

"A present?" He asked

"Ehhh, kinda... Watch it when you're alone" I said handing him the flash drive

He looked at me very confused and I said, "I gotta get to work"

I gave him a quick kiss goodbye as I went back outside and said, "John B, I forgot to tell you but this weekend Sarah and I are hanging out on her dads boat. You, Pope, and JJ should come over"

"Yeah, that would be sick" He said as I got in my car and left

I texted Sarah and told her I was coming over on Saturday to hang out on her dads boat with her.

JJ's POV:

After Kie left, I went into John B's room and plugged the flash drive into it. I clicked on the little icon and I saw what it was. It was me and Kie in the office at the Wreck. There was a camera in there. Thank god she was the one who found it.

I called her and she told me that she never wanted to see the flash drive again and that I could have it. She also made me promise never to show or tell anyone about it. I'll admit, I liked that she trusted to have this. I would've expected her to destroy it and never tell me about it.

She also told me that we were hanging out on Sarah's boat on Saturday. I was instructed to bring John B with me. She also invited Pope.

John B and I left and headed to Pope's house. We all then headed to Sarah's house and got on the boat. We were out in the water drinking beers and just hanging out. Kie and I were going out on the jet skis and she told John B and Sarah to come with. Pope didn't like her skiing, thought it was too dangerous.

John B and JJ were both driving and me and Sarah were on the back. The boys were having a lot of fun. We got back on the boat and got into a game of truth or dare. It was fun and totally harmless. I was doing all sorts of crazy dares. We spent all day out on the boat before we headed back to Sarah's house. Everyone went their separate ways and Kie invited me over to her house.

"I don't think that's a good idea... I kinda smell like beer and weed"

"So do I" She smiled

"So many we should go sober up together before you go home" I suggested

"What do you have in mind?"

"Hammock nap" I said with confidence

We went back to the Chateau and took a nap in the hammock. It was so relaxing after a long day in the sun. When we woke up, Kie kissed my bicep and then my shoulder and then my neck before moving to my lips.

I looked at Kie and said, "Kie, if you're still willing to, I want you to meet my dad..."

"Of course, whenever you want me to"

"I was thinking maybe tomorrow night?"

"Perfect! Do you want me to bring anything over?"

"Not right now, but I'll text you"

"Oh, yeah, JJ.. I almost forgot to tell you. You know when I went out with my mom. She took me to a restaurant on the cut and she told me that she used to date your dad" She said telling me the whole story

"Damn, I can't believe your mom actually liked my dad..."

"I'm glad it didn't work out between them, because then I wouldn't have you..." She whispered in my ear

"Me too, did you mom say she knew my mom at all?"

"She didn't really talk about her... I can ask her if you want"

"Yeah, maybe sometime when I'm there we could ask her together"

I looked at her and said, "See, again just like the movie when the mom takes her daughter to see the guy she used to like but the mom picked the girls dad instead"

She laughed and said, "I mean, it's pretty similar... I can't believe you remember detail about the movie"

"It's your favorite movie and it's just like our love story"

I was nervous about Kie meeting my dad but it was time. She is letting me into her family, it's my turn to let in. My dad has been in a good mood lately because he won some money gambling so things have been good. I went home that night and my dad was up.

"Hey dad, I'm bringing my girlfriend over tomorrow night. She wants to meet you"

"You've got a girlfriend?"

"Yeah, I'm dating Kiara"

"Damn, you're dating that Carrera girl. You actually got a kook to like you?"

"Yeah, dad... I love her"

"My boy, in love with a kook..." He said like a proud dad

He was actually chill about her coming over and and said he'd have dinner figured out. I was super nervous for this because he could snap at anytime and I just hope Kie doesn't have see his lose it and watch him beat me.

I swear if he tries to touch her, I will kill him. But he's been in a good mood lately, he won some money. I was more nervous about Kie meeting my dad than I was about facing Mike.
