There were different rooms in the school that provided different kinds of naps to students, and Juliette really thought that it could be fruitful to do research into each one, to see exactly why they were the way that they were... Once she was done trying to take a nap in History class of course, because she didn't want to interrupt her own resting experience just so she could prove a theory that she had that didn't matter that much in the long run - this sleep was far more important than that. She hadn't gotten nearly enough the night before even with Esme and her practically falling asleep the second that Esme said that they were going to... She was doomed to be exhausted today either way, but it'd been worth it to be loved by them.

It was always worth it to be loved by them, they made everything worth it just by existing in her space, she really liked that about them... She also loved their touch, their kiss, the way that they made every part of her feel important in a way that she'd failed to really feel important before... It was so nice to be with them, to let them help her heal... Was she still a bit down on herself? Yeah, she was. But that was okay, because she could try to combat it now... She could press on the marks Esme had left behind and remind herself that they'd left them for her. They were a gift, a reminder of what they'd done - it was probably the most precious gift that she'd ever received in her entire life, and she would bet real money on that... But that wasn't the point right now.

The point was sleeping... Something she wanted to do for as long as humanly possible - she'd already made it through half the class by sleeping, how hard could it possibly be to sleep through the rest of it, right? It didn't seem like it would be that difficult overall, it seemed like something that she could do with relative ease... Or something she was supposed to do with relative ease, but Tate flicked her arm before she could, making her wince.

"Julie." He whispered, and she fought the urge to kick him under their desks as she turned to look over at him, hoping that her unhappy glare really read through to Tate so that he could know exactly what she was feeling right now... She wanted him to be ashamed that he'd woken her up, what could possibly be important enough that she shouldn't get to sleep through this class?

She knew enough at this point... She'd heard and seen enough, she didn't have the energy for more right now, she had to recharge for that - hence the nap.

"Ow, that hurt..." She grumbled, and Tate chuckled, shaking his head as he rubbed his hand comfortingly where he'd flicked. God, your hands are massive, how do you hold a pencil? Is it just like a fucking toothpick in your hand? Maybe that was a dramatic comparison, but she couldn't help but believe that she was probably right about it being way too small for him to hold properly.

"You're being dramatic, I hardly even touched you." He insisted, and she frowned... How dare he erase the fact that she felt wronged by this? He'd flicked her, that was an ultimate betrayal.

Actually... The bible smack had hurt more, but she'd expected Samantha to injure her, so that was different. Tate? No... He'd betrayed her... Protect your friend sleeping in class, that's the right thing to do.

"Hurting me is the least of my concern." She sat up, yawning as she stretched her back, grimacing at the burn in her lower back, letting out a sigh of relief when it finally popped back into place. Oh, thank god... I was worried that'd be there all day. She looked back over at him, patting his hand seriously. "You betrayed me." She said, and he furrowed his brows, letting out a chuckle as he shook his head.

This is no laughing matter, Tate. How can I trust you to hold my children very high in the world so that they can feel like kings and queens in the future if you're waking their mother up in the middle of class? Do you not want to be an uncle to my children? Is that what this is?
