Esme had sweet ways of waking Juliette up, but that didn't mean that she wanted to wake up - all she wanted to do was sleep today, even as Esme buzzed around the room, already starting their day.

When did you become a morning person? This could be a dealbreaker... Not really, but still... It's a red flag, you should be asleep right now.

"Hey, sweetheart." Juliette felt Esme's lips on her cheek as she stirred, furrowing her brows... Normally she loved the feeling of any touch that Esme gave her, but right now she just wanted to keep sleeping... She wanted them to get back in bed and hold her while she continued her long and restful sleep, was that too much to ask? "Baby, come on... You gotta get up now." Their voice was sweet, but their words were evil.

There was no way it was even past ten, why would she get out of bed so early on a Saturday? She didn't force herself to go on runs or go to the gym and work out on an empty stomach to lose weight anymore. What other atrocious thing would get her up on a day when she could sleep as long as she wanted?

Plus, she had free will, Esme didn't control her. She turned away from them in bed, cuddling up with the pillow that had been resting under their head when they were laying down, which was not nearly as good as actually holding them, but it would get the job done right now.

"No." She sighed, yawning through the word as Esme chuckled. She felt the bed dip beside her as Esme sat down on the edge of it, tucking some hair out of her face carefully... It was a sweet move, but it was not persuasive enough to rouse her from her slumber, and she was very much ready to tell Esme that herself.

"That was such an emphatic response there, pretty girl." She smiled to herself... So that meant that it would work, right? "But it doesn't change the fact that you do need to get up and get moving." They finished, and Juliette frowned as she opened up one eye, looking up into Esme's face. Her heart did speed up at the way that the light from their window made them look like they had the sun coming up behind them, how their eyes were so fucking sleepy and adorable right now... But no.

No, they were mean.

"Evil." She grumbled, swallowing on her dry throat with a grimace as she held out her hand. Esme placed her cup of water in it and helped her sit up. She sighed, resting her head back against the headboard before she took a long sip, feeling it go all the way down her throat and into her body, cold and refreshing even if it made her grimace.

"Yes, I know... I'm very evil." Luckily, Esme sounded amused by that, otherwise Juliette was going to apologize... But they didn't seem to mind the attitude that she'd woken up with, which was something that she considered to be a blessing. "C'mon." They said, and Juliette tried to deadweight, but Esme lifted her without problem, carrying her to the bathroom as she let out a groan, wrapping her arms around their shoulders as she felt her face flush.

God, you're so fucking strong, holy shit... I love you so much... She didn't want to let Esme know that she felt so fucking horny when they picked her up like that, instead she just wanted to act as normal as humanly possible.

"Mmm... Why are you waking me up?" Juliette mumbled against their shoulder; hearing Esme let out a chuckle... She liked feeling Esme's chuckle against her cheek, it was just... Nice. It made her feel whole; it was one of her favorite things in the morning.

"Well, it could simply be because I am the most evil person alive..." Esme murmured, and Juliette nodded. That sounded like it could be accurate, honestly - Esme was proving that they were evil right now, weren't they? "Or... It could be because you've got plans today and you told me to wake you up last night." Juliette paused, her eyes opening as she grimaced, looking them in the eyes as she shook her head.
