started as a lie

the next day me and leah went to training and then got home. it was a later training session so we got home around 6pm.

i made us dinner and we ate it.

"baby when do you want to start planning the wedding?" i asked.

"we can start today if you want" she said.

"yeah" i said. after we ate, i washed the dishes and then sat on the sofa with leah under a blanket with her laptop.

she opened a microsoft word document and started typing.

"so when do we want it?" she asked.

"maybe after the season finishes?" i said.

"you still owe me a holiday at the end of the season" she winked.

"it can be our honeymoon if you want" i said.

"so we can look to book venues around the end of may" she said.

"lily has exams around then so we can do it maybe end of june." i suggested.

"that's great" she said and typed into her laptop.

we then went on to look at possible venues, narrowing it down to 3 options. we need to make sure they are available on the dates that we want and then we will decide.

we also chose potential themes and colours, food and transportation, music and entertainment.

we looked at possible outfits and also planned an after party.

we then went through and chose who we would invite. we decided on all our family members, the arsenal girls, the england girls and some of our closest friends.

after we planned most of our things we got ready for bed.

today is a day off so me and leah chilled around the house doing nothing all day.

i phoned the venues up and they are all available on different days. now we just need to decide which to go with.

"i think not this one." leah pointed at one of the options.

"maybe that because it's got a nice garden area" she said.

"alright i'll ring them back and book it" i said.

"thanks my love" she said.

i rang them back and made the deposit.

the rest of the day we lounged around.
