started as a lie

the next morning i woke up on leah's chest.
"morning baby" i yawned.

"morning my love" leah said. she ran her fingers through my hair. we lay for a while before deciding to get up.

we got ourselves back into our pyjamas and then went downstairs.

the girls were spread out all over the place, laying half on top of eachother with their pillows and blankets everywhere. i laughed and took a picture to show lily later.

me and leah went into the kitchen and i started to make breakfast for everyone. i was making pancakes and got leah to cut up some fruit for it.

once she was done, she stood behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist. she placed a few kisses to my neck and then someone walked in.
leah let go of me and sat on the counter next to me.

"you alright love?" leah asked. it was daisy. she nodded and went over to the sink to grab a glass of water. she drank it quickly and then walked back out.

after i finished making the food, i went back in the living room and woke the rest of the girls up and called them to the dining table. then i went upstairs and woke mia up.

we all sat at the table and ate. i noticed daisy wasn't as chatty and she was avoiding eye contact with me and leah.

after breakfast the girls went to tidy the living room and get dressed.

me and leah stayed in the kitchen. she was drinking a hot chocolate and i had a coffee.

daisy came in again.

"daisy are you sure your okay" leah asked. she nodded and grabbed another glass of water.

"do you think i went too far last night. you know with the wink" leah asked.

"no. it's my fault for watching. i'm sorry" she said.

"it's okay dais. you don't need to be sorry you were just curious" i said.

"we were just wondering why you were acting a bit off" leah added.

"i guess i just feel a bit awkward you know. since i've like seen you guys.. uhm- doing.. it" she said.

"we're sorry that you had to see that" i said.

"i'm not" she said ever so quietly. i raised my eyebrows.

"you enjoyed watching?" leah asked cautiously.

"i guess. i don't know. i guess it kinda helped me figure out that i'm definitely not straight" she said.

"daisy there you are" lily said walking in. "if your flirting with them again"

she dragged her out of the room and me and leah laughed.

after a while, we went and got ready for the day. we dressed mia up and took her out into town to do some shopping.

we walked through and went into a few shops. we got her some new trainers and a couple of new outfits.

then we went to a little cafe outside and sat down. we ordered some food and it came pretty quickly. after we ate, leah drove us back home.

the girls were still here and they were watching a movie.

mia sat with them on the sofa and watched the movie with them.
me and leah went upstairs and i went to put mias new clothes in her wardrobe.

me and leah went into her study room and i sat on the sofa while she did some coursework. there was a knock at the door which was already open and daisy was stood there.

"can i ask a question?" she asked.

"yeah sure love. come on in" leah said.

she came in and stood awkwardly near the door.

"uhm how did you both know your sexuality" she asked.

"well i guess i wasn't really attracted to guys in a romantic way. i think i first knew i was gay in high school around year 9. i had the fattest crush on this girl in my year. so did all the boys in my year. i properly knew when she got with this guy and i felt jealousy. i wished it was me in his position" leah said.

"i think i was bisexual until around 19 years old. after having sex with a guy and absolutely hating it, i stopped going out with guys and stuck to girls" i said.

"i think i'm having a bit of a struggle figuring out what i am" daisy said.

"you don't have to know right now daisy. give yourself some time to process everything. when you get with someone you should know" i said.

"that's the thing. i went out with a guy and we had sex. it wasn't a very enjoyable experience but i don't know if that was just him or if i don't like sex with guys in general" she said.

"well you won't know until you try. i guess you should see and find out what feels the best for you and then you'll know." leah said.

daisy looked at leah with that same old daisy flirty, joking look on her face. the face that she used to make when we first met and she would make flirty comment to us.

"oh dais i was definitely not suggesting myself" leah said laughing.

"damn i really thought i had it that time" daisy laughed.

"anyway thanks, both of you. i really appreciate it" she said.

"it's no problem daisy" leah said.
"if you ever have any questions or you need anything from us, we're always here for you" i said.

"yeah thanks" she said and went out.

"awh she's just confused" leah said.

after a while the door knocked again. this time it was ally.

"hi i just wanted to thank you both for letting me stay over. my mums here to pick me up so i'm going now." she said.

"it's alright ally. your welcome here any time" i said with a smile.

"bye" she said.
"bye" leah said.

lily came up after a bit.
"is it okay if daisy stays again tonight. her mum had to go to scotland for an emergency with a relative" she asked.

"yeah course darling. is everything okay?" leah asked.

"yeah i think so. i think someone had a heart attack but they're okay. they're in hospital but they're alive" she said.
