a/n: if you haven't already, read Arsenal_Lionesses chapter called break up or this probably won't make sense.

me and leah arrived home and went inside.
"lily were home" i called. she didn't answer.

we took our things up to our room and then we both went into lilys room.
she was sat on the bed and she looked shit. her face was red and she looked like she had no sleep. we went straight and hugged her

"lily what happened" we asked. she didn't say anything. she bit the inside of her cheeks.

"alright i'm going to go and make lunch and then maybe we can talk later" i said. me and leah left her in her room.

i made us lunch and then leah called lily down.

"lily please tell us what's going on" i said.
"just leave it" she said.
"why honey. we just want to help" leah said.

"oh my god just leave me alone" she shouted and went to her room, slamming the door after her.

"i'll go check on her" leah said.

leah's pov
i went up to lilys room and knocked before walking in. she was crying.

"lily it's okay" i said. i sat with her and held her in my arms.

"it hurts so bad" she said.
"what baby" i asked.
"how could she think i would cheat on her. we literally spoke about getting married and having kids. why would i just say that" she sobbed. "she doesn't trust me so i broke up with her" she told me everything that happened.

"baby it's okay. everything will be okay" i said softly.

"why don't you talk to her. speak things out. your perfect for each other. i never think this about teenagers relationships. i normally think that they're just for fun and won't last but with you two, your like soulmates. your so in love with each other" i said.

"i don't want to talk to her" she said.
"why not baby" i asked. she shrugged.

"please speak to her darling. you need each other" i said.

"okay, how about you get some rest and then you can go speak to her. you look like you haven't slept in days" i said.

"i haven't" she admitted. "i've not left the house since we broke up"

"i'm going for a shower" she said. she got up and left for the bathroom.

about 20 minutes later, she came back fully dressed.

"you okay now" i asked. she shrugged. "have a nap come speak to me when your up"

i got up and walked to the door.

"can you stay with me" she asked quietly. i nodded and went back to the bed. i lay down and she lay beside me.

she moved her head to my arm and wrapped an arm around me. i put an arm around her and kissed her head.

"sleep lil" i said.
"thank you mum" she whispered.
"i love you darling" i said.

it took a while but eventually she fell asleep.

sophia's pov
leah has been gone for a while now. after tidying up i went upstairs and checked in lilys room. they were both asleep cuddled up together.

i took a picture of them and then left the room. i went to my room and started to unpack mine and leah's suitcases.

my phone rang. it was caitlin. i answered.

me: hi caitlin what's going on
mia: mummy it's me
me: oh hi baby. how are you
mia: i'm good. are you home
me: yeah we got back a couple hours ago
mia: can i stay here for one more night caitlin and katie said i can
me: sure darling. have you had fun?
mia: so much fun. except when lily went home is she okay?
me: yeah lily is doing alright. she's sleeping right now
mia: okay. i'm going now bye mummy
me: bye honey

i finished putting clothes away and then went downstairs and sat on the sofa. after a while, leah came and sat with me.
"she okay?" i asked.
"hm she'll be okay" she said. she rested her head on my shoulder and held my hand, playing with my wedding ring.

"i told her to go speak to lauryn" she said.
"that's probably the best thing to do" i said.

she told me everything that lily told her.

after about 15 minutes, lily came downstairs dressed to go out.
"you okay hon" i asked.
"yeah i will be. im going out to speak to lauryn" she said.

"alright be careful. don't stay out too late" i said.

"yeah i won't" she said

"love you darling" i said.
"love you too" she said. "and im sorry for snapping before"

"it's okay baby" leah said.
"no it was wrong and i shouldn't have. i know you were both just looking out for me" she said.

lilys pov
i gave them both a smile and then went to put on my shoes and coat.
i opened the door and saw lauryn stood about to knock. she gave me a little smile.

"im going" i called from the door.

"see you" they both called back.

i stepped out of the house with lauryn.
"we need to talk" i said.
"yeah we do" she said.
