Ch 31 - Sirzechs

Haru appeared in front of the gates of Sirzechs mansion. They were golden with spikes on the top. The concrete pillars had devil statues on looking down at Haru. It really fit her title of Mistress of Destruction. It was the mansion fit for a powerful devil. The gates opened as the eyes of the devil statues glowed.

Haru: Cool.

Haru admired the front garden as he walked through the massive front lawn to the front door of the mansion. The door was opened by Sirzechs as Haru and her were face to face.

Haru: I noticed how everyone seems to be gone. Not even your maids are here. Is there any reason everyone's gone?

Sirzechs was blushed as she just opened the door for Haru. Not answering the question as Haru shrugged it off. Walking in as Sirzechs closed the door behind him. Sirzechs was weirdly silent. She was quiet when he met her parents too. Not being involved in any conversation they had. Only small answers like "yes" or "okay" or "I agree". Sirzechs brought Haru into a room. The living room as she suddenly turned around and looked at Haru with a bright blush.

Sirzechs: Take responsibility for me.

Sirzechs said but it came out so quietly. It was less than a whisper. Even the settling of the building made louder noises.

Haru: What?

Sirzechs: I SAID TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ME! YOU... YOU DEFILED ME DURING OUR SECOND FIGHT! YOU... you made me... Just... just take responsibility for what you did!

Haru was shocked as Sirzechs was completely blushed. Her face as crimson as her hair.

Haru: What?! I didn't do a single thing like that!

Sirzech: YES! YOU MADE ME... ME... DAMN IT! YOU KEEP ON DOING WEIRD THINGS TO ME! CALLING ME PRETTY...

Haru: Which you are.

Sirzechs blushed more and became flustered.

Sirzechs: NO! STOP DOING THAT! YOU... YOU HAD YOUR WAY WITH ME!

Haru: CONTEXT!

Sirzechs: AND... AND!!! YOU... you keep calling me a good girl.

Haru looked at Sirzechs as she was blushing darker than her crimson hair.

Haru: {Is this... IS THIS HER WAY OF PROPOSING?! This is hilarious!} So I'm assuming this your marriage proposal.

Sirzechs couldn't quite look Haru in the eye as she was so blushed and flustered. Slightly embarrassed.

Sirzechs: Y-Y-Yes.

Haru: You don't even like me though?

Sirzechs: That's not true!

Haru: You blame me for taking Grayfia.

Sirzechs: No... I... I was just... I was angry she found someone else. Some stronger. Someone better to take care of her when I was entrusted with that job. I... I don't hate you. Not when Grayfia seems so happy with you.

Haru: So you don't like me?

Sirzechs: IT'S NOT THAT EITHER! I... I... I like the way you treat me.

Sirzechs mumbled the last part quietly. So quiet it nearly wasn't audible.

Haru: Say that again. I couldn't hear.

Sirzechs: I... I... I LIKE THE WAY YOU TREAT ME! THE WAY YOU CALL ME PRETTY WHETHER YOUR HONEST ABOUT IT OR JUST TEASING ME! I LIKE IT WHEN YOU PULL ME INTO YOUR ARMS! HOW YOUR FORCEFUL BUT GENTLE AT THE SAME TIME! YOUR SHOWS OF POWER... I... I!!! I EVEN LIKE HOW YOU CALL ME GOOD GIRL!!!

Sirzechs shouted as she panted. Haru watched in shock. Not showing it on his face though.

Sirzechs: SO!!! Take responsibility for me. Please.

Sirzechs said bearing her heart out of Haru. Completely red, panting and extremely embarrassed and emotional. Haru felt really bad for saying what he was about to but it was true.

Haru: I can't marry you. Grayfia is my first. That won't change.

Sirzechs: T-T-Then after?

Haru: Do you really want to?

Sirzechs: OF C...

Haru: No shouting. If you're going to propose, propose.

Sirzechs looked into Harus eyes as she took a deep breath. Calming down slightly.

Sirzechs: Haru Gakia. Will you please take responsibility for what you have done to me and make me your wife. After Grayfia.

Haru: {That sounded worse than my proposal. But it was acceptable.} Good girl Sirzechs.

Sirzechs shook with a blush on her face.

Sirzechs: C-C-Can I-I-I have a h-hug?

Haru smiled, walking in front of Sirzechs and hugging her. She was tense in his arms at first but slowly relaxed as she nuzzled her head into his chest. Her breath becoming calmer and her demeanour becoming more relaxed. Haru then noticed she was taking discreet sniffs of his clothes while hugging him. A smile on her face that he assumed was supposed to be hidden.

Haru: {Awwwwwwww... what did I do?}
