Ch 109 - Demonic Betrayal

Rias had come up to the private booth after the rating game ended in her victory. Walking up in her lingerie as she didn't expected to need spar clothes. Everyone in Harus private booth there to congratulate Rias and her peerage.

Grayfia: First of all, congratulations and you were all amazing out there.

Rias: Thank you. It was a team effort.

Grayfia: Secondly... put on some clothes!

Grayfia said pointing at Rias and her near naked body. Not shy about anyone seeing it as she knew she was beautiful.

Sirzechs: Hey hey! If she doesn't feel comfortable in clothes, she doesn't have to wear them.

Akeno: Exactly. In fact Haru, I'm thinking of stripping down myself. Where are you?

Akeno looked around but in Harus on private booth. At the end of Rias and her peerages big rating game. He wasn't here.

Kuroka: Wait! I was just holding his hand! Where did he go?! How did he do that?!

Grayfia: You'll get used to it. He must have something important to do. But Akeno, let's tell you the information you need to know to guilt trip him.

Akeno smiled, despite what he may have done wrong, she knew what she would get in return would be worth it. For the mistakes Haru made he would always make up for it.

Scene change

Haru was standing in front of Ajuka, looking at him as he stood there, not saying a word. Neither said a word in the black space of a Gods Domain.

Ajuka: Are you not going to ask me why?

Haru: I'm thinking.

Haru looked at Ajuka. Ajuka was smart when it came to demons. A scientist and a tactician. But when it came to intelligence, Haru had the skills that put his intelligence above Ajuka.

Haru: Pass me the communication crystal.

Ajuka: No.

Haru: I wasn't asking for a response.

Suddenly the communication crystal appeared in Harus hand as he looked at it. A bright white crystal was similar in shape to what was in Visers chest.

Haru: *Sigh* Things like this are such a hassle. The communication travels through dimensions but I can't identify where it's going. You also don't know where they go. Am I going to have to ask Ophis or Red for help.

Ajuka: You can't.

Haru: What?

Ajuka: I already know Ophis is dead. The Choas Brigade is no where to be found. It's likely Great Reds dead too.

Haru looked at Ajuka and knew he wasn't lying. Two massive titans within the DxD universe dead. But if Haru thought about it, it made sense. Ophis a being once infinite, had her power reduced to finite. She was limited through a curse so she was weaker, if Unholy Angels used Dragonslayer magic. It's likely their strongest in rank could achieve that. On top of their overwhelming numbers and any experiments they've been doing on people.

Haru: You find me dangerous then. It's likely they're using their bodies for parts and making monstrosities worse than themselves. But that's not the only reason is it.

Ajuka: Get out of my head.

Haru: I don't need to delve into the far reaches of your mind to read you like a book. How long have you loved my wife for?

Ajuka gripped his hands as Haru said that. He hit the nail on the head. So he was going to keep hitting the nail until the board broke.

Haru: It was likely a year after you became friends. You got to know her, not only was she beautiful but you fell in love with her personality. A strong headed woman, a fierce one that's also strong. Yet one that's submissive, gentle and all through she doesn't like to show it, loving.
