Rias got changed into a red body-con dress Haru made for her, and Haru got changed back into his suit after having a shower together. There was going to be a party because of her victory in winning her rating games so they needed to be changed and well presented.
Rias: Shall we go then, my fiancé?
Rias smiled as she held out her hand as Haru slowly held it. Looking into her blue eyes with a soft smile.
Haru: I'd love to, my little crimson princess, my fian...
Suddenly the house rattled as Haru sighed. Yet again the door of his old house was kicked down by someone as Rias gave a small giggle. Both walking hand in hand downstairs and to the door. Looking at Sirzechs who looked at Harus hand and saw the ring.
Sirzechs: Awwww. Congratulations! BUT HURRY!
Haru: What's with the rush? We were just about to come.
Sirzechs: NOT THE PARTY! GRAYFIA! SHES GIVING BIRTH NOW!
Sirzechs shouted as Haru had an ecstatic smile on his face but Rias looked completely shocked by what her older sister said.
Rias: It's only been a few months though! Not even half the time a baby ussaly takes!
Haru: We'll my children are eager to meet their father. Where are they Sirzechs?
Sirzechs grabbed Harus hand as two sisters both hugged close to Harus body. Both holding his hands.
Sirzechs: Serafall Memorial Hospital!
Sirzechs said as in an instant, they disappeared and reappeared in the hospital receptionist where people jumped back surprised of their sudden appearance. Some people were in awe that a Satan, Haru a Dragon God and the Crimson Empress that was only fighting just a few hours ago were here. Even the receptionist who Haru walked up to.
Haru: My wife's currently in the middle of giving birth, G...
Sirzechs: We don't have time to ask! You already know where they are!
Haru: Sirzechs. I want to got through the motions. Asking the receptionist, running up the stairs, bursting into the room, even passing out... Ow!
Sirzechs pulled Haru by his hair as she practically dragged him to the elevator. Haru wanted to experience all the stages of this process. Like a movie or TV series. But that didn't seemed to be happening as Sirzechs dragged Haru by his hair onto an elevator.
Sirzechs: What floor?!
Haru: Labour ward, 3rd floor.
Sirzechs pressed the elevator button labeled 3 as the doors closed. Giving Haru time to fix his hair, suit and gently bop his head to the elevator music. Rias and Sirzechs seemed a lot more stressed out than Haru was. Haru wasn't worried or stressed out at all. If anything, this was the best day of his life. First Rias won her rating game match, she proposed to him, and now Haru was about to have two babies he had been patiently waiting for.
As the elevator opened, Sirzechs and Rias rushed out as Haru gently strolled out. Only to get dragged by both of them through the ward.
But then something happened. Something that made Haru smile widely. Everything was still. Unmoving. Even Sirzechs and Rias were completely still.
Time had stopped. Not just in the hospital, but everywhere. As Haru gently moved his hands from their grip and walked down the ward into the room. The air was cold as Haru looked at a crying baby in a doctors hands. Gently he took the baby out of the doctors hands and cleaned her off.
Haru: Shhhhh. It's okay. Daddy's here.
The baby looked at Haru and slowly stopped crying. Giggling as it reached out for him. If it was any normal baby, it wouldn't have stopped crying. But this was no normal situation.
Haru was genetically Dragon God. A species that was never normally born, but only appeared in the Dimensional Gap. Born immediately with great power, awareness and intelligence. Before Ophis was cursed, Haru knew she had "infinite" power when it came to her abilities. Great Red was the True Dragon of Dreams. They immediately had powers and knowledge of them from the start of their existence.
That applied to Harus children too. The cold air everywhere was all because of one small baby in Harus hands. His new baby girl was a Dragon God. She was intelligent for a baby and very powerful with already an understanding of them. She knew her mother, and now she knew her father.
Haru: Can you please let time continue. Your brother still needs to come out.
The baby slightly giggled as Haru held her close. The cold air disappeared as time went back to its linear flow. The doctor that was previously holding his baby looked extremely worried until he saw Haru holding her.
Sirzechs: DAMNIT! WHERE DID HE GO?!
Sirzechs shouted from down the ward as Harus little girl giggled. Walking up to Grayfia who was pushing with all her might. Gently Haru placed a hand on her as she felt an ease in pain. Looking at Haru and her baby girl.
Haru: While I love to look into your eyes, please keep on pushing.
Haru smiled as he held Grayfias hand and she smiled. But that smile turned into an extreme effort to push another baby out as the doctors slowly helped guide the baby out. Holding the baby as the baby cried and the air got suddenly extremely cold. Suddenly the baby appeared in Harus other arm as he disappeared.
Scene change
High above the hospital Haru reappeared as ice exploded out from the baby. An explosion of ice that covered the sky of the entire Underworld. An explosion that would have killed everyone in the ward as the baby giggled looking at Haru covered in snow. Snow covered the entire underworld. A very unique circumstance of hell literally freezing over.
Both babies laughed an adorable baby laugh as Haru smiled.
Haru: You both take after your mother in ice I see. But can you promise me no more ice powers in the hospital?
Haru looked at the babies as the girl seemed to stop laughing. Understanding. But her brother and twin didn't seem to want to finish yet. Snow appearing above Haru as he looked at it. Falling onto him as the baby boy continued to laugh. His body turning to that of snow and falling out of Harus hand. Appearing from a snow flake that expanded into the babies body.
Haru: {Ice powers related to time for the girl, ice powers related to matter manipulation. Ah I love my children already.}
Haru quickly appeared and disappeared as so did the baby boy. Appearing and disappearing above hospital like a game of tag. One where Haru tried to catch his own baby appearing and disappearing between singular flakes of snow and ice. Disappearing and reappearing where different water molecules were. But no baby was going to out match Haru as he put out his hand and the baby appeared in it.
You could see the baby was trying to disappear again, but it wasn't working. Looking at Haru with a smile as it giggled.
Haru: Good. Now rest with your sister. It's not fair if I only get to hug you. Your mothers spent lots of time with you, she needs some love to. But no powers.
Both the babies gently rested against Haru as he smiled.
He couldn't have asked for more when it came to his children.
