Ch 44 - Change Of MC

Haru had been monitoring the entire area of Kuoh. Watching the organisation and movements of the Fallen Angels. So far he hadn't seen any Unholy Angels. But he knew one thing. The fallen Angels were still trying to kill the users of Scared Gear. Raynare still having Issei as his target. She approached him the same way. Asking the pervert, this time closeted, to a date. Same place, same time. However, a very important thing changed. Issei denied her advances. Raynare tried to insist, looking desperate at this point, Haru could tell she hated it. Gripping her fists behind her and digging her nails into her hands, drawing blood. But Issei consistently denied her and walked away. Even if Haru was miles away right now he could see the hate on Raynares face. Her desire to kill him right then and there. But surprisingly she held back. Monitoring him and his movements.

But this advance gave Issei an idea. He messaged Aika if she wanted to go on a date. The exact same time and place as everything would have happened in the cannon. Haru facepalmed watching this idiot set himself up for murder. It's as if he was begging Raynare to kill him as she got more and more angry as she watched him. What made matters worse is that Rias seemed to have no interest in him what so ever. Even when he mentioned he was have a scared gear. Her response was "Ok. But he's not fit for my peerage. But if you want to be in I'd be more than happy!" Haru couldn't help but face palm in front of Rias as she was really confused. Everything was going terribly wrong and there was nothing he could do. He would just have to save Issei for no reason.

So with Issei going on the same date, with a more enraged Raynare, having no chance at resurrection from Rias. Haru couldn't do anything but prevent his death. Taking him out of the plot entirely unless Sona decided to take Issei in. But that would also be an unlikely scenario. Already not having 8 pieces worth to give Issei even if she wanted to.

So Haru was watching. Watching on Isseis date in close proximity in case anything different happened. Using his Phantom technique so he would blend into his environment and be completely unseen to Raynare who was waiting for an opening. Honestly the date was disturbing to watch. Issei and Aika were the perfect perverse couple. Even in public Aika wouldn't keep her hands off of him and Haru could tell Issei liked it. Though he was more reserved in public than they were down a dark alley way.

But finally the date was ending when it was getting dark. Finishing their heavy making out in the park as a line of saliva connected Aika and Isseis lips.

Aika: I'm really glad you asked me on this date Issei. You know I'm beginning to get addicted to this little guy.

Issei looked down at his junk and back up at Aika.

Issei: Wait I thought you said... oh!

Aika: Jeez you're slow. But that doesn't mean I don't love that stupid perverse brain of yours.

Aika kissed Issei as she stood up from the bench they were seated on in the park.

Aika: I'll see you at school. Remember, no jacking off. All that stuffs for me.

Issei blushed like a horndog. Watching Aika leave, her swaying hips and behind. Haru sat right on the bench with them just silently facepalmed. And once she was out of view.

Issei: WOOOOO! LUCKIEST MAN ALIVE!

Issei jumped up off of the park bench. Hands celebrating in the air.

Raynare: I wouldn't say that. You might jinx yourself.

Raynare giggled as she descended from the sky. Her black hair hanging down her back, her black feather wings spread out and her clothes a black leather bikini attire with black leather gloves and spiked shoulder pads.

Issei: Wait... aren't you... your that girl... what was your name... Yuko?

Raynare gritted her teeth and balled her fists.

Raynare: IT WAS YUUMA YOU ASSHOLE!

Issei: That's it. Well I'm sorry but even if you dress up in hot cosplay I'm still in a relationship.

Raynare shook with rage as she tried to calm herself down.

Raynare: *Sigh* Why am I getting angry over someone that's going to die.

Raynare didn't even say any final words or let Issei speak as a golden bolt of light formed and speared Issei in the stomach. Blood pouring out and Issei coughing up blood.

Raynare: Well thats that.

Raynare turned around about to fly off as Haru waited for any sign that someone would resurrect Issei. He was choking on his own blood but it never came. And issei being in his peerage wasn't going to happen. He wasn't letting this kid anywhere near his wives.

Haru: Yeah I'd agree. No one's coming to save him.

Haru healed and erased Isseis mind as he passed out on the floor.

Raynare: Wait... No! Y-Y-Your... WHATS THE CHAOS DRAGON GOD DOING HERE!

Haru: Oh. That titles caught on. Well it was my favourite one so that's fine.

Raynare was shaking with fear as she backed away.

Raynare: S-S-STAY AWAY FROM ME! I-I'LL KILL YOU.

Raynare went to point it her right arm to fire Light power at Haru. But her arm wasn't there. It was completely missing she looked on the floor and saw her severed arm laying there. Haru just standing there as Raynare screamed in pain. The arm burned to ash with the blood in an invisible flame cast by Haru.

Haru: Run away crow. Before I cause any real damage.

Raynare was panting and her eyes showed terror as she quickly flew away. Haru watching her to make sure she was leaving.

Haru: {Well that's motive to take the Twilight Healing Scared Gear. Now I need to position Issei.}

Haru took out spare clothes from his Kimono as he mended Isseis clothes that were covered in blood and had a stab size hole in. Fixing them new. Placing him on the bench, up right as Haru disappeared. Watching Issei wake up confused. Shrugging it off and leaving home.

Haru: {Next is that Dono guy and the other female. I can just kill those two as they have no relevance in the story. Asia will still get killed and I'll try and convince Rias to take her with my help to deal with this... bird problem. But if she doesn't... I'll have to take in Asia.}

Haru walked off back to his human house to disappear to the Underworld. Going back to his two wives, having dinner, listening to their days and then having passionate loving sex.

A very busy day. His days would only be getting busier from here on out.
