Haru was in his office. Signing off on some paperwork to help Azazel become a teacher and a the Occult Research Advisor. Since Haru was the Vice Principal with the power and control like he owned the school. All that paperwork naturally came to him. Of course he was doing it without the knowledge of Rias and her peerage. They would naturally deny such a division, but it was for their own good. And Azazel knew why he was being allowed to work there. A method to make stronger ties in this new peace treaty and to further strengthen Rias and her peerage.
*Knock Knock Knock*
Haru: Come in.
The door opened as Viser walked in. Wearing a classic black and white French maid uniform that hugged to her figure. The open chest showing a large cleavage and a bra less a-tire. Her long black hair hanging down to her behind with a white headpiece in. The skirt short showing her black lingerie.
Viser: D-Do you like it?
Viser said looking at Haru who looked at her, blinking a couple of times.
Haru: {HOLY SHIT! SHE LOOKS AMAZING IN IT!} *Ahem* You look very nice. Though why are you in a maid uniform?
Viser: Well... I... I wanted to start doing more as your pawn. So I asked Grayfia if there was anything I could do. And she said I could attend to you as a maid.
Haru: {Of course the maid obsessed maid said my other peerage member should be a maid. Not something else like... a chef. No wait that's a horrible idea.} If you don't want to be a maid you don't have to. You already protected my home and World Tree. You can stay here regardless of what you do and don't do.
Viser walked up to Haru and stood next to him. Standing there with her hands in front of her.
Viser: I would like to attend to you in ANY needs you may have.
Viser smiled. Haru looking at her after she said "ANY needs". Haru thought... then was completely shocked at the thought he had.
Haru: {THE HELL?! Why did I even... wow. Is having too many women affecting me? No... I'm pretty sure she was insinuating what I thought. But no. Office is a serious place. Only teasing here.} Thank you.
Viser: No problems... Haru.
Haru continued to work. Signing documents to allow construction of a research building for the Underworld Magic Research Organisation in his territory. Reducing transportation costs of the World Tree sap while introducing more jobs to his territory. With an increase in population due to the expansion of his rating game school, his territory now lacked jobs. It was a fine balance he needed to maintain.
Next there were the events happening during the summer. Haru didn't really have a blood family yet, but as a massive political figure in the Underworld and having power no one could see the end of, Haru himself was essentially a pillar of the Underworld. A foundation that was bad if they lost. This gave him an invite to the evaluation of the next generation of the noble devils. But there was a problem Haru was now facing.
Haru: I feel like my territory is getting a little bit stagnant as of late. I've made connections with the companies I own in the human world to the Underworld. I have a massive market share of the cars sold in the underworld and human world. Technological development. I have been trying to develop an information network but that's harder than it looks.
Viser: I-I believe that's natural for territories to stop growing at one point. It would be weird if your territory was constantly growing.
Haru: I know. I just feel weird whenever I'm not progressing.
Viser: Why's that?
Haru: It's a lingering feeling of the past. Like an annoying itch.
Viser: If you don't mind. Can I give you a suggestion?
Haru: Go ahead.
Viser: You could try expanding your territory.
Haru: Expanding?
Viser: From what I saw and heard. Your World Tree is extremely profitable, and some of your neighbours don't particularly like you. So if you gamble, such as an all in type scenario, you could further progress while getting rid of some of your opposition.
Haru: {Hmmm. I did do an asset seizure with a clan long ago. But their land wasn't their own so I couldn't seize that. But if I challenged families that actively oppose me and own their land. I could expand and develop. Bringing more housing developments, jobs... Hmmmm.} Isn't that kinda like world domination? {Not that I mind.}
Viser: You could see it like that. But this would be exclusively to those that oppose you. Unless you also feel like taking from others.
Haru: {I don't know why I've never thought about this. But it would be a fight some may not want to participate in after the message Grayfia and I sent out last Rating Game. However...} Viser, would you be willing to fight in rating games yourself.
Viser: Why?
Haru: Well I doubt that anyone smart would be willing to fight me or Grayfia. But if we added a stake where only you, someone that hasn't been seen to show how powerful they are yet, are the only one fighting. Then more would be willing to participate in the all in fights.
Viser: As long as I'm on a full stomach I will fight and hold back as much as possible. And if you so wish it. I will fight to the end for you.
Haru: There no need for that and thank you. If you could send out those Rating game challenges with those conditions that would be great. There's a list of those that we've had problems against or those that have displayed amnesty towards us. Relay any alternative offers they make to me.
Viser: Yes Haru. {I DID GOOD!}
Viser smiled widely as she walked to the door.
Haru: Also Viser.
Viser: Yes Haru?
Haru: Do... Do you like me?
Viser: I feel a lot more than "like" for you Haru.
Viser flashed a seductive smile as she closed the door behind her.
Haru: {*Sigh* I'm falling into old habits. Because I want her now.}
