Rias and her peerage along with Xenovia were in the Gremory territory. Even if Xenovia was in his peerage he made sure she stuck around them often. The reason they were in the Gremory territory was on the account that Rias visited her parents every summer, and since Azazel was their new Occult Research Advisor, he was with them too. Right about now they would be having dinner together with Zeoticus and Venelana. However, Harus wasn't there. He was having a pre-meeting with the 72 pillars and 4 Satans. Sitting in a large open room with tables facing all of each other.
???: The line up is looking pretty good for the next generation.
???: If you consider mediocrity good.
???: You're being too hard on them. They're not even in their hundreds yet.
???: Apparently Rias Gremory has been doing well with incidents happening in Kuoh.
???: *Psh* Only because a certain Dragon God is watching over her.

It seemed many people didn't like Harus schools. It made sense. Haru was only getting more popular because of it.

???: So is that your real aim Haru. Why you sent me and many those Rating game challenges. To put those you view weak under you. No in fact, what you propose is those you viewed as weak shouldn't have anything. You want to take it all!
Sirzechs: What Rating Game challenges?

With that the pre-meeting continued. Some of the territories already falling in line and becoming his. They just didn't know it yet. A small thought entering Harus head.
